It was nice. One of the first things that I did upon moving to Tulsa. I really enjoyed the shark tank as Im fascinated by them. This aquarium, I believe, has the largest collection of bull sharks in the world, so it was really awesome (and a little nerve-wracking) to see them in the large tank. We were lucky and it was feeding time for the tiger shark, so he was being particularly aggressive which was fun to see. We also got to see the divers feeding the fish in the living reef exhibit which, if not for being surrounded by a crowd of screaming children, would have been awesome. The aquarium was pretty crowded and difficult to maneuver around or through large crowds of children. I was also pretty disappointed by the absence of jellyfish. I believe that they had a few jellyfish, but nothing particularly notable. Overall, it was a nice way to spend a couple of hours one afternoon. I would have loved to have stayed longer but because it was so crowded when we went, I wasnt particularly enjoying myself. If you have children though, Im sure theyll have a great time.

Im from Alaska, currently on vacation, and had a great time here. Like a child at Disneyland! There were many aquatic critters to see and learn about, touch tanks, the famous Bull Shark tunnel... And an absolutely wonderful gentleman volunteer named Dan even took the time to give my friend and myself a short personal tour of the bull shark tunnel. He was extremely knowledgeable, about the shark tank, the sharks themselves, and the two different creatures (baby rays and baby sharks) at the dual touch tanks he was supervising. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this aquarium, and talking with Dan, if youre in the area. On a side note, he would love to visit Alaska some time and Im considering opening an GoFundMe to make this sweet mans dream come true.

A nice aquarium for a metro area the size of Tulsa. The quality is as good as any big city aquarium I have visited. The star attraction is the shark tank, which has a number of bull and nurse sharks. The neat thing is that people can walk through an underwater tunnel and watch the sharks swim around and above them. There are a number of other interesting tanks and enclosures for turtles, manta rays, river fish, seahorses, and jellyfish, as well as animal enclosures for otters and beavers. Some areas allow for kids to get hands on and up close.. the manta ray tank is probably my favorite, my kids like touching them! A nice way to spend a day learning about aquatic animals.

Its a little pricey. Its almost 20 bucks for one person, so if you have kids its going to be up there in price. That being said its cool place to visit. The exhibits are pretty neat and the designs are interesting. The shark tunnel, sea turtle area, and otters/beaver exhibits stand out. There are several hands on areas that are neat too. The place is pretty small and you can blow through it in about 30 minutes if you dont take your time. Dont go when its busy cause it can get a little packed and makes it a little annoying to get a good view. If you live in the area I think its definitely worth seeing.

I came in on Veterans Day and showed my military Id and the woman at the desk didnt even know what it is and charged me anyway then I told her that they had advertised that Veterans Day Veterans and active military get in free and she shrugged her shoulders said oops and asked for my card and I gave it to her thinking she would take off the money she charged but it turns out she just took it to charge me twice. This place scammed me out of money on Veterans Day and when I called and emailed the numbers provided o was given no response. I am disgusted that this is allowed to happen

Fun and they offer a lot for kids, but very pricey and some of the exhibits need improvement. I took our 2 kids with some of our friends and it was fun. Most of the exhibits are well done, but a few need work. For example, the eels tank is WAY too small for him and you cannot even see the Beaver or the Otters unless its feeding times. Granted, they feed them twice a day and the feeding schedule is listed, but I would also like to see them when its not feeding time and theres not so many people around. It would be a simple fix, just put a viewing station on the other side.

My boyfriend took my son and I to the aquarium yesterday since my two year old and Veterans were free. The lady charged him for his admission anyways. When we pointed this out to her she didnt apologise for the mistake, and charged him again. This incident is ridiculous. Not only is the price of admission outrageous for the things you see there, but the lack of knowledge and customer service makes this a place you shouldnt go. Anywhere else that would have made that type of mistake on Veterans Day to a veteran would have been very apologetic.

There was a ton of stuff to do! You could touch horseshoe crabs... Feed shrimp... As well as set times to pet stingrays and sharks!! There is a small snack area, mainly popcorn and pretzels, stuff like that. There is a small gift store, and a few souvenir coin stations. Coins are 5$, or 15 for 4. I loved it as a kid, and my parent thought it was amazing! You can see everything from clownfish hiding in an anemone to a giant morray eel hiding in the rocks! Bring a camera!

A very nice aquarium for sure. We dont buy season passes anymore because we got tired of going and there being a wedding reception or something going on. Apparently they dont close down the aquarium for these events so you could be walking around in the middle of someones event which is super akward. The customer service was never very good either. Having said all of that we still go once a year and enjoy it when we do.

Stay Away from the Gift Shop, poor quality cheap toys that are very overpriced. Gift shop employees always seem disgruntled as though they hate their job. Ive had a membership here on and off for 7 years. The only new exhibit since opening was the sea turtles. It takes about 2 hours to get through. A membership is a waste of money unless you have small children that enjoy seeing the same things over and over.

My husband and I visited the aquarium together on a Saturday. It was fairly busy, but I didnt feel like it was overcrowded. It was a nice "date day" for us. I enjoyed seeing all the aquatic life, getting to touch a few creatures like starfish, and smelling the saltwater in the ray exhibit. It was fun to watch all the kids experiencing the aquarium and all its inhabitants as well. Im glad we visited.

WOW!! What a place!! Totally awsome!! We went for a family road trip from Kansas and did not expect it to be so fun, and so very hands on! We have a teenager daughter and we fed the turtles, fed the sting rays, pet the rays, im sure any one with little kids will really enjoy it as well, take your time seeing everything, price is alittle expensive but will go again when the grandbaby is old enough
