My husband was pulling a 48 hour shift @ the Pepper Pike fire station, and I had just dropped my mother-in-law @ her class reunion@ Fowlers Mill Golf Club. What a fun evening I had. I managed to snag the last open table, so when two gentlemen showed up looking for a place to sit I invited them to join me. It turned out that one of the men was in the same line of work as me. Great wine, great conversation and now new friends. Now My husband teases me about picking up guys! (We are both in our 60s & he is the absolute love of my life.) This is just a great place to have a good glass of Ohio wine & relax with loved ones and/or new acquaintances. I cant wait to bring the wine drinkers in our family to SharonJames.

Usually a favorite spot, but this afternoon was disappointing. Service was below par today an hour into being open. Management and staff seemed grumpy. They had a shower going on prior to opening, so maybe they used up all their energy, personality and hospitality on the shower guests. Dont think the person (not the owner) behind the bar smiled once....first time being disappointed with this winery...... Maybe it was just an off day...
