What a rip off, or an attempt at...after going to Homers for dinner where our son, his girl and 3 children, ages 3,6 and 8, we had looked forward to a little bowling. They actually wanted 126 bucks including the shoe rental for 1 hour and 20 minutes of bowling. Would not let us bowl by the string...then when we got over our shock they offeded an alternative of pizza and bowling for even more money. No wonder the place was 3/4 empty on a saturday night. I personally at both of my local business will let evedyone know ofnthe "new management" and the attempted raping. I will never return while this management is in place, was looking forward to the go kart track. BEWARE these newbies are rapist.

We just went to each lunch there, we have went multiple times and the food has declined each time. We arrived and ordered before 12 today and our burgers (there were 4 of us) did not arrive until 1pm. We watched employees order their food and their food arrived within 15 minutes of their order. The cook also came out and asked them how the food was and did not approach us. We are all very disappointed in the service and food. Our fries were cold, beer overpriced and burgers all cold and over cooked. We will not be going there again.

Other bowling facilities in the area offer automatic bumpers for kids, however at "Heartland Bowl" you must choose with or with out bumpers for the entire group. Servers behind the bar were very slow and beer was over priced. The arcade employee was rude to my kids. Other than that the facility was remodled nicely.

My husband and sons went here one day and came home vehemently complaining about the terrible service they got when they tried to go bowling... and my husband is not a complainer. They ended up leaving without bowling at all because no one would help them. I have heard others with the same general complaint.

During the day is absolutely fine would rate 5 stars for that. Very affordable price for groups. But the reason for the 1 star rating is the music and DJ are too loud, ear ringing. Its not very pleasant when youre trying to bowl and the DJ is practically screaming in everyones ear.

The food was delicious and fantastic!! I cant get over how great the service was as well. Whoever your chef is needs a huge raise! The man can cook!!!! Definitely will be spreading the word around town!!!

Horrible experience. We could not use our 2 lanes due to rude and disrespectful bowlers. Staff is not monitoring properly and the place is out of control. Lack of security. Unsafe place.

Kegel offers family fun at an affordable price. My kids had free passes offered by them all summer, and I paid 25. For 4 adult family members to bowl with them all summer.

Great go karts but absolutely terrible service inside. Sat there for 20 min waiting to be serverd and never was so we walked out. But the karts are too much fun.

This place has really transformed into more then a bowling alley and its great. The go carts, arcade and nitro bar has really helped to bring more people here.
