This was a great ride for our early 2000s/late 2010s. But not the best by todays standards(since we have better rides). It was certainly up to its name, a thrill ride that takes u on a fast flow through the rocks and trees. Then you enter the drop to the rapids and get soaked, leaving me stunned. While it was a thrill ride, the thrill quality was rather low compared to other thrill rides. And the scare level was only 3/10 Of course the scare levels are for everyones standards. U heard about the new flight "ride", thats supposed to be unimaginably thrilling, scary, and awe inspiring? again at Animal Kingdom. Im planning on going back to Animal Kingdom someday and maybe someday going to Pandora, though I heard the wait times there are ridiculously long snd that you can only fastpass 1 ride per Day, but the magic might make that worth it. Makes the Rapids ride seem like nothing. I hope u enjoy ur trip to Animal Kingdom if u plan on going there, and maybe even go to Pandora.

Вдруг это будет ваш выигрыш?! Здесь невозможно предугадать кого окатит из 6 сидящих! Это рулетка.

The ride is very good, especially on hot days, because you do get wet. However, its a little short, especially if you didnt Fastpass it & waited a long time in the standby line. Make sure to stop on the exit bridge to squirt other riders with the squirting elephants by holding the green button on either box mounted to the railing. The left side is timed perfectly if you press the button just as the raft clears the bridge. I also thought the storyline could have been developed better. The only place you learn any backstory is from a looping video inside near the end of the line. My wife & three young daughters love this ride, and I like it too.

Me and my family where very excited that we had a fast pass opening for this ride . As it started off i was exstatic but as it came to an end all my family thought was "thats it "? There were signs that built up the ride that were similar signs to space moutain in magic kingdom so going in there i expected the same level of amazment space mountain gave me . i later learned what a dissapointment this ride was .... Not worth the wait

Great during lunch when its hot and the lines are short. Everyone will get as wet as you would swimming, remove your phone and transfer it to the storage bay in the center or any other electronics. Even if you have to wait in line the closer you get the more indoor it is and the more fans there are. There is a meaningful storyline of real events to keep on your conscious about what real goes on in rain forests.

Boy, a hugely missed opportunity for a river rapids ride. Compare this one to Islands of Adventure and this one is a snoozer. Unexpectedly bare in terms of theme and fun. Still, when you are hot who doesnt like a thrill and some wet? Warning: on really hot summer days, the wet is a very temporary relief and youll find the steam killing you. Seek shade while you dry off.

This ride is best done while utilizing the Fast Pass option as wait times can grow tremendously especially in the humidity and heat of Orlando. The ride itself has a couple of dips and rapids for some fun but the ride itself is pretty short in duration so to wait over an hour for this particular ride doesnt seem justifiable to me, so Id get the Fast Pass.

Will not wait for this ride ever again. Saw people waiting 90 minutes for a ride that honestly lasts 2 minutes. And the ride isnt worth it. There is one short drop and other than that you wonder the rest of the time when the ride is going to actually start. It was one of the worst rides Ive ever been on at Disney.

This ride was bad..We waited 60+ minutes for nothing. The queue is beautiful and nice theming but thats it... No waterfalls, nothing 1 small drop ... I literally said "Is that all?"Others on the ride were like "Yup" They seem to enjoy it .. I dont know why, unless they had nothing to compare it too

Very cool experience for a water ride in Animal Kingdom the only thing I wish this had was a little safe pocket area in the middle of the ride to place your phone and wallet inside of so before writing this ride remember to bring a plastic bag to store your belongings or a bag itself

This is another fun ride. You board a raft and float down the river with a lot of twists and turns and there is a chance to get soaked or a chance to stay dry and the wait is exhilarating! Give it a try. HINT: Wait until the later afternoon or evening to get a shorter wait time.

This ride sucks! You see people leaving that looked soaked, its because they played in the fountains at the exit. If the line is more than 15 minutes dont bother. Very tame hardly got wet no big falls or fast sections, barely spun around. Dont go here for the ride.

The waiting area of Kali River Rapids is decorated with a beautiful Indian temple theme. The ride is fun and a little bumpy. Its totally random whether youll get wet or not. This ride is especially popular in summer. I would get a fastpass if I plan to go.

Very pedestrian dull and uneventful water ride. The three water rides at Islands of Adventure are miles better than this. Very tame. Dont waste a Fastpass on this like we did. No one got wet. Only good thing is the queuing is well themed.

Run of the mill "river rapids" ride. You have seen this done so many other times at so many other parks. If you want to get soaked, youll enjoy the ride. Also, it has a tendency to break down while you are in line waiting.

Water ride that takes you through the jungle into lands suffering deforestation when the goddess of destruction sends you down a water slide of doom to then be pelted in the face with water jets. Fun ride that seats 12.

I love going on this ride with my family but I have gone on it alone before its not as fun as it is going with friends or family. And the funniest part is you never know if you will get a drop on you or down right SOAKED
