This is a very bad place to take your Family and Friends to. It is NOT Military Friendly. IT IS NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY AT ALL. If you make the mistake of booking for 15 People and only 10 People show up, they do not care. They will not accommodate for you and they will not refund any money to you. They claim to be "booked because of you" and wash their hands with that. The owner is not friendly at all. The "owner" is the so called "manager in charge". There are no managers at all. "Their own employees" see how unfair and unjust they are. Very discriminating people. From the moment that you show up you are mistreated and rushed. Not a place to celebrate any kind of event with Family and Friends. If you complain and show that you are upset and disappointed, they will call the police on you. They have no manners and no respect at all for anyone. Being Military does not mean a damn thing to them. Do not let them fool you. I suggest you look at a different place to take your Family and Friends to and celebrate with more care and compassion. If you care for that. I sure do. 3 mizzly Pizzas and drinks for 15 People, really??? Come on. They claimed to have called my Wife to confirm plenty of times. That is not true. She called them twice and helped them do their job. Read the fine print. They will use that against you no matter what the situation. They have no heart and soul at all for your situation. I have never been so disrespect along with My Wife like we were at Sky Zone Charlotte. I have never felt like my 15 Years of Service to this country does not mean crap to America in my life. Retired to deal with this crap??? No Thank You America. You can keep your stereo types and bad influence from racist and discriminating people like Sky Zone Charlotte. Good Luck and GOD Bless.

right now Im not speaking from a customers point of view, Im speaking from a girl who was seeking employment and didnt have a lot of gas in my car, i had applied for a job here months ago, they called me back 3 months later asking me if i was interested in working there. I was sooooo excited i said sure yes!!!! the guy on the phone told me to come in the next day, I live uptown so i had to drive to pineville, I got there and the guy had people at the back in training but and he told me to just come back the next day and he would give me a run down of everything and that I could decide if i wanted the job or not. I came back the next day and he says hi your back again, he said right now Im going to see if we hire this other girl but i will give you a call today and let you know everything.... SO WITH THAT BEING SAID, COULDNT HE HAVE CALLED MY PHONE AND TOLD ME THIS INSTEAD IF HAVING ME DRIVE ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE? AND BTW HE NEVER DID CALL ME BACK! THAT PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! NO ONE SHOULD CONDUCT ANY KIND OF BUSINESS THAT WAY AND IM DONE!! I NO LONGER WANT A JOB THERE OR WANT TO BE AFFILIATED WITH THAT COMPANY! EVERYONE SHOULD JUST GO ON TO SKY HIGH SPORTS SINCE WERE MORE PROFESSIONAL WITH EVERYTHING.

All these people are writing all these crap reviews about Skyzone. Its a trampoline park u need to jump at your own risk. Its not there fault if u tear a muscle or sprang stuff. I sign a waiver for a reason that means its your fault if u hurt yourself. Skyzone is awesome all my friends and I go there and we love it. The dodgeball is so fun, its the best thing there and its small kid friendly. The only bad part is that some of the people there dont understand that me and my brother are twins, hes 5 inches shorter than me but hes better than me. So when he plays with the 10 year olds he gets them all out and that some 20 year old dudes nail 11 year olds in the face but thats y u sign the waiver

Took my 4 year old here today and u was told I had to jump on the other side of rhe court from him he couldnt jump next ro me where I could watch him... also I bought a drink and had decided not to jump anymore and was told I had to leave my drink at the table in the lobby where no or would be watching it... they have completely changed the rules here to ones that are crazy..... so I cant jump next to my kid... I will never come back here Ill deft go to another jump place that I cam enjoy time with my family

We had a blast at Sky Zone. I liked how they have their safety rules buy separating ages in the trampoline area. The only issue we had was the foam pit. Its one of our favorite areas but the foam cubes needs to be replaced. All of us got tiny foam pieces in our eyes. My oldest had a hard time getting them out and it wasnt worth it. I tried it a few more times and the foam was deteriorating really bad and falling apart. I was breathing it it and got foam in my eyes. We gave up that area.

It was fun to watch my son run around, but the price was so steep! Why am I paying $13 for my 2 yr old son to jump while I just stand there and watch and cant jump with him? I think parents should be allowed to jump with their young children. I also think its crazy you charge for socks when people are already wearing them. I will not be coming back here and will find somewhere else to go thats a little more parent/kid friendly.

I was very disappointed with sky zone s management. I went in to find some information. I talked to the owner. Very rude, condoning and short with me. His wife shows up and practically dismisses me. Very closed minded and money hungry. I know they are running a business, but all they care about is the money. I do not think they should be around anyone s children. I certainly know they won t be around mine.

For smaller kids. Mine are 9 and 12 and got bored in the first 30 min. Defy gravity is better for their age. Sky zone just had trampolines to jump up and down on. Compared to obstacle courses and other challenges for them. I did ask in the first 30 min to refund our last hour and they said no all sales are finale. Also, they make you pay for their socks. Defy gravity will be from now on for us.

$8.00 for a toddler is a great price, but they should have "toddler time" more than 3 days a week. It should be everyday, during all times of the day. Not just a small 1 hour window from 10am-11am. They should have a certain room or an area just for toddlers so they can come and go as they please just like everyone else. You would get more business with this.

Extremely innapropriate employee. Didnt get a name, but tried to BRIBE children into buying him things in exchange for fidget spinners. Also said extremely innapropriate things to a 10 year old that should never be said in front of children. Employee was quite rude to parents and kids alike, and hit boys below the belt with dodgeballs. Really should be fired.
