Very terrible customer service! It was my first time coming to this theater and I didnt know where to go. Instead of being welcomed, a rude usher glared at me and pointed "Go there!" I ask "Where? Im new here. Please tell me where I need to go for my movie." His only reply was a groan, followed by "Theater 2 pick a side!" After the movie I saw a sign advertising" Movie Posters $10". I went up to the window clerk to ask about purchasing an Avengers 2 poster and he tells me, "We arent selling them." When I ask about putting my name down on the waiting list to reserve a copy for later his reply was "You have to come back when were done showing the film." Seeing as how I made the trip from Albany, I cant make another trip just for a poster. I dont see myself ever returning nor will I recommend it to any of my friends and family.

Was a porn theater in the 70s/80s. Now converted, not a bad theater if you hold your nose or dont mind the smell of sweat & mold. Droves of teenagers on the weekend. Asked the freaky box office guy/girl (not exactly sure) for tickets for my wife & daughter to whatever movie the teens were not going too to avoid the rowdiness, and he/she gave me lecture on how the kids keep the theater alive. Next time just please do your job. If I ask for tickets to a movie with a mature crowd just give them to me. I dont care how the theater stays in business, and I dont need to be lectured. Just do your job please and I will change my review. Thank you for you cooperation. I hate to rip on a local landmark, but the experience was so bad we still talk about it.

Nice place, really nice people go there too... quite a special place, a lovely local theatre... easy to get to, easy in and out, intimate but not teeny... cant be better... update: yep, still excellent. always nice people at the theatre. update: still totally excellent! Still reliably the nicest audience! Cheaper tickets on Monday and Thursday and lots and lots of room weekdays. Draws a very good size audience weekends. Very pleasant staff, always

This is a great little TRi-plex in a historic theater where Jack Benny, Burns and Allen, and more used to play in vaudeville. Nice-sized screens, good sound, low prices and a friendly see-your-friends atmosphere all add up to a good experience. My favorite movie palace!

This landmark is a great place to see a movie. They have low prices, and a friendly staff. My only complaint is that there is no afternoon shows, even on weekends, so its hard to take young kids here because the movies run too late.

I Love this movie theater !!! its small and comfortable, they have 2 $5 nights and cheap snacks. They keep up on current movies too :) I always feel good about supporting a small local business and not a giant soulless corporation.

Went to see "Sherlock Holmes" here as a first run movie last winter ... a real treat -- a smallish theater just like I remembered when I was growing up -- but clean and well maintained. Very charming.

Great prices. We went here for a Thursday 7:20pm movie on July 7th. I think he turned off the air conditioning and we were roasting. Will go again during the cooler months.
