I can remember going to this movie theater as a kid, my older brother and sister both worked there a lot has changed since then. Ticket prices are outrageously priced as is anything from the snack bar, ( Ive heard its not very difficult to smuggle snacks in ) despite my annoyance at the prices I cant factor this into my rating of this place. 1. Its clean. 2. The seats while I would not categorize them as luxurious they are comfortable enough to get me through a 2 hour movie which says something because I have a bad back and neck. 4. The staff for the most part is friendly and helpful ( there certainly are exceptions ) 5. There is a video game area to keep the kids busy while youre waiting for your movie to begin, now some may see this as a cash grab ( it most certainly is ) parents will no doubt appreciate the option of keeping the kids busy and out of trouble while killing some time. 6. Location is great and any type of food your heart desires is within walking distance of the theater, and if Manhattan is your destination then youre 15 minutes away I will say right next door is Glorias Pizza which in my humble opinion is one of the best in Queens and in fact can hold its own against any in the city. So based on the above I give it 4 stars

I come to this theater often and I frequently use my Regal card. On April 9th, upon entry to this theater, my date asked the young lady serving popcorn and drinks if there were free refills on a large popcorn as well as icees. The cashier confirmed what my date stated. We paid and left to the movie. Halfway through the movie I personally went to refill my icee and popcorn (under the impression that it was free) and was disappointed to find that there was a $1 fee for the refill. I asked about this and the cashier did nothing to solve my problem. When the movie was done I found a tall African American gentleman in a black suit that seemed that he would be a supervisor. I inquired with him about the $1 fee and why his employees were not honest when my date initially asked about the price. He seemed aloof and wasnt even sure what the fee was. He was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly to say the least. Above that, the popcorn was cold, at first I thought this was because I didnt get a fresh batch, but even after refilling my popcorn it was still cold and stale. The location of this theater is close to my home however the customer service is poor and I as well as my date will not be returning.

An average movie theater in queens. Place is clean, floors arent sticky with soda. Bathroom on the first and second floor. The place is wheelchair accessible with an average sized elevator. This place is good, but theres need for improvements. At 11:55 am on 8/23/17 I showed up and had to wait seven minutes for someone to show up in the booth to sell me a ticket. I had to call the staff for them to get someone to allow me to purchase my ticket. They have a rewards program with the Regal card. Large concession stand, but price are high. I advise you to eat and drink prior to coming here. And dont even think of sneaking a candy bar or soda bottle in, they check bags and knapsacks. They carry the latest movies that are hot. Projection screen is sharp and I love the surround sound system. They have movies for adults as well as kids. I tend to stay away from weekends and prefer the matinees. Prices are cheaper, no long lines, and better seating. They also have a senior discount program...

if i could give it zero stars i would... hear me out. This evening I wanted to enjoy my day off of work and go watch a movie here. I came there a little before 1 and was waiting for the doors to open next to a really nice group of students who had a half day at school and wanted to watch a movie, too. The manager, Juan, would not let them in claiming they were cutting school. They brought up information from their school website and even went to call the school to prove that it was a half day, but he simply would not let them in claiming they were cursing, loitering, and threatening. He wanted to see their schedules but when they took them out Juan told them not to step foot into the premises or he will call the police. This ruined my mood and I personally did not want to return there again. He was unnecessarily hostile and UA needs to definitely fire him or review him. I do not even want to imagine how the poor students felt, i felt distraught.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MOVIE THEATER. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. Me and my group of friends went there today at around 1pm and the second the manager, Juan, opened the door he said to us "do not step foot into this movie theater." He said he has to see our school program and ID so I gladly was about to show it to him, but he refused to see it.. Even after asking for it. He was being rude, not giving us a chance to speak and threatened to call the police on us. Made us feel as if were CRIMINALS. We were all being respectful but he just kept saying we cannot come into the movies. It was freezing outside! He wouldnt even let us in to get warm after we waited half an hour outside the theater for them to open the door, only to say we cannot come in. For NO valid reason. Ruined my day and had to walk several miles back home in the cold weather. Dont waste your time going there, horrible service.

I have gone to this theatre all my life and never had any problems. The audience was never loud and obnoxious, and I just loved the icecream and food they had. NEVER had a problem here. One thing I didnt like is when I went to go see The Jungle Book, everyone had to wait until 9:30 to go in. When it was 10:00, which is when the movie starts, I had to wait almost a FULL HOUR for the movie to actually start due to commercials. Never ever had a problem with this place. Staff was well-mannered, and overall acted the way an appropriate staff member should act. Love it here! Super great location too.

so... they dont let me enter a water and a pack of twizzlers because theyd rather have people pay $13 for a popcorn and a small drink. Not to say that if a movie is now $14.25 queens, and $14.75 in manhattan, you would have to pay $30 for a movie. I understand that the theaters get a small amount of the box office because the rest goes to the production companies, distributors..., but its becoming ridiculous. They could a least give their works a dignified salary. Anyway. if they have to check my bags, ill just sneak it in my clothes

I live literally blocks away from this theater! I love it here for over 14 years and i dont understand why all these people complaining about the manager ( seems very suspicious to me) i seen the manager before and he was cool, unfortunately the crowd is becoming a little ..... i will keep it like that. Sometimes is annoying to me to see many loud kids using their cellphones, yelling at each other and lauguso loud that is very disrespectful. I hope we dont see this issue anymore, the problem is not the theater, its the people.
