If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Went there to celebrate a birthday party for a friend , paid over $1,000 to "stand for vip" because "French Montana" was going to be there. Within the hour the birthday girl(my friend) was being escorted out because she was "too intoxicated". As the security guard was escorting her out I asked him to tell me why she was being escorted he violently shoved myself and my fiancé out of the way causing us to hit the rails, he basically assaulted us. I exited the club at this point with my group and asked to speak to the manager and or owner, I was confronted by "Head of Security" Chris Manning who stated that the club had discretion in picking whoever they thought was "too intoxicated " and kicking them out. I asked Mr. Manning to give me the name of the security guard that kicked my friend out and assaulted us, but he refused and gave me his name instead. It should be noted the entire night club smelled like Marijuana, burnt and raw marijuana, which is still an illegal substance in New York. We paid cash and wore the proper dress code and didnt cause any problems at all, but yet we still could not get any answers as to why my friend was being escorted out. We did NOT finish our 3 premium bottles of alcohol, and we did NOT even catch a glimpse of "French Montana". It was the worst experience Ive ever had at a night club in my life, Ive traveled the world, and I frequent New York and New Jersey night clubs. I will be following up on this incident.

Last saturday, may 6 I had a reservation for bad bunny performance. We were waiting outside for like an hour for our table. When we finally got to get in, they took us to the smallest table ;we were like 8 people, of course we asked for another table and they said because we got there after 12am we had to take that one; after we waited outside for an hour, even people with no reservation were getting in first than us. The table that they gave us were in the left side of the stage like in a corner of the club. They had tables on the stage i guess VIP tables?, well as the time pass these tables were getting occupied and alot of people were on the stage, so at that point we already knew we were not goin to be able to see anything. Well we were enjoying the music, trying to have a good time since we were already there without mentioning that the dj were repeating songs like crazy. It was 3:30am and it was no sign of the performer. Like at 3:50am he finally showed up. He sang for maybe almost 10 minutes and disappeared. My husband and i were so disappointed that we left. Really bad experience.

I was highly embarrassed by throwing an event here. Food was served cold, everything during the party was unorganized and things did not go as planned. The cake was not served and the staff seemed unaware of how to organize and cater to an actual event which was a sweet sixteen. My friend had to let the dj know what type of music to play and my other friend took it upon herself to MC being the DJ seemed uninterested in being there. The only positive thing I have to say is that is can be a beautiful venue inside once the lights are on , but beyond that I would go to an actual catering hall for an event . Preferably with an onsite kitchen ,and where you have a choice of your own D.J.

This place is ridiculous. NEVER GOING AGAIN. The music is mediocre. If you use a card its a three drinks minimum. The VIP is even worse. They make you buy FIVE bottles minimum and they give you a space where basically 3 people can sit. I asked for two bottles and I get a standing table with that. They COMPLETELY forgot that theyre in Queens and not on 5th Ave in Manhattan. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, the club was basically empty on a Saturday night. Might as well go to Mamajuana s for half the price and better customer service. Oh yea , forgot to mention , they are RUDE as hell, smh!

If youre interested in a place to dance and have a good time, this probably isnt the place for you. I came here with my fiancée and we both agreed that this place is just in it for the money and nothing else. Drinks are overpriced and there is a strange rule at the bar that you must stick with the bartender you open a tab with--meaning much slower service throughout the night. This place is flashy and plenty of people come out looking their best, but everyone just stands around because there just isnt a dedicated dance area. However, there are plenty of VIP areas.

Music was good, the inside has a great look, but best of all had the best experience with the bouncers. They were the nicest, politest human beings, I have ever encountered in that line of business. Being a bouncer is not easy, they have to stay out in the inconvenient weather and control hostile situations, sometimes its understandable their demeanor but the night I went out they made sure everyone stepping in and out the was safe, well accounted for and happy. Believe me or not, you will just have to see for yourself.

The staff and security at this place was unfortunately rude and intimidating towards the women. I was very disappointed it was my friends birthday and she spent a lot of money on at her table and the bar. They basically tried to rush her party through all the bottles and didnt include several things that were in her package deal. The security was also very rude and it seemed more so to the ladies. Very disappointing again

Very spacious,beautiful,staff is amazing,clean bathrooms,drink prices reasonable,I believe ther is a lock off point for ppl to come in so enough people to party with wiggle room.Was easy in and easy out no problems staff also told everybody good night and to reach home safe.... my experince last night being there the first time was amazing and I am a person who rarely goes out.My night and money was pretty much well spent.

Came all the way from Florida to attend a birthday party, and the doorman (Chris) refused to let my wife in because she was wearing flats. And this was after I explained to him that she has Plantars Fasciitis and cannot wear heels for an extended period of time. Not only did he refuse, but he stated that my wife "should not be in the club in the first place". Would not ever recommend this place to anyone!

They charged me $73 for 3 drinks, REALLY. For those 3 drinks i usually pay $40-$45 in other clubs. After I checked my back account, I was charged $83 from that club. I didnt bought anything else, they probably added $10 tip to that receipt. Also I paid to see Nicky Jam and J Balvin, but only J Balvin showed up. The service in this club is terrible. This place is a scam.

I called at 9pm on June 30 to check the dress code and the girl on the phone helped me with no problem. We get there at 11:30 and the club was shut down by the city! There were 7 of us outside and more were walking up it sucks because we were looking forward to check it out. Hopefully what ever it was gets fixed and we can try to go again
