Para empezar este lugar No debe costar $20 dólares la entrada o por deben contratar gente mas profesional o com mas experiencia y educación que sepan tratar a la gente con respeto especialmente a las mujeres. Porque esa gente que tienen en la entrada yo creo que han trabajado arreando vacas o cerdos antes de venir a este país. Esto lo digo especialmente por la mujer que revisa las carteras y el cuerpo antes q uno entre y los que reciven los tickets para asegurarse q uno a pagado. En realidad entiendo para que tanta inepta menos personas pueden hacer ese trabajo.

Este sitio es horrilble es lo mas naco, el dj grita toda la noche que ni siquiera se puede escuchar la musica y es super caro....dejan entrar a cualquier tipo de gente....y roban...me robaron mi cellular de la mesa cuando nunca estuvo desocupada....y nadie pudo chequear las camaras y cuando saliamos despues de perder una hora estaba en la puerta una vieja borracha gritando...y los sicurities sacandola que peligro ese sitio es horrible....

Horrible , went theree with my husband today sun 16 for a event super crowded & since it was crowded we decided to buy 2 drink for my husband so we wouldnt have to go back because we wanted to be infront to see the artist so this security guy sees me with the drink and im not allowed to drink without asking any info he assumes it minee and we try to explain and the other securitys were just like his the boss and we keep trying to explain since we did pay $140 for the tickets and my husband was consuming drink we wanted to have fun but noo then one of the security starts grabbing me from my arm and i tell them i can walk let meh go and we decided to leave because we didnt want any problems , Very horrible experience wont be going back there , there always a problem every time we go no good dont choose to go hereee ! Theres better option do not recomend also always crowded

Going for the birthday package for my cousin 21st birthday was a complete disappointment and waste of money. Not only did they not supply with all that we paid for but the employee were completely unprofessional and rude from the moment you enter the lounge . They DEMANDED straight for us to check in coats with out giving us an option, while towards after 12 they were people with coats inside. The bouncers are so disrespectful and dont communicate with one another. Waiters are no where to be found. Its disgusting how they would have the audacity to charge so much for what there not willing to actually give. False advertising. The only thing that made our group stay was the good music that they kept playing other than that I wouldnt recommend getting any type of package offer at this place. Thanks for the cake we never got !

Let me start off by saying it was my Firends birthday we had a table reserved and there was a half payment all ready paid When we got there Securitys was friendly we skipped the line and ids got checked and we got our bands. when we go in we did coat check it was only $3 at first í was pissed because í thought it was going to be crazy expensive but it was not. Then we go to our table it was not what we expected for this amount of people we were there negotiation. í told my friend lets just go some where eles but after like 25min we stayed. And got a extra complementary bottle. Music was great we went on Saturday after so many drinks we all forgot about being mad at this place it turned out to be a memorable memory that í wouldnt forget one of the best time of my life here !

E ido a la boom 2 veces y ya no pienso volver xq los que cuidan la puerta son vien nastys y ni c puede disfrutar mucho los grupos xq dejan entrar demaciada jente que uno no puede ni bailar hay c ve que lo unico que les importa es hacer dinero y nada massss muy maaaalla polcia habria de poner mas control .

Ayer en el evento de Susos no quisieron vender licor y es un bar, la logística y la ubicación del lugar es la peor de todas, compre entradas VIP y me tocó de pie, las personas que compraron general, estaban sentadas y más cómodos que nosotros y el lugar está muy feo y deteriorado.

Dirty place, seems really unsafe and its to over priced, drug trades in the bathroom. Staff is really rude and the securitys dont care about nothing. They are racist in there. Last time a drunk dude next to me paid for his drink and gave the waitress a $100 bill and she never came back with his change and just cause he was drunk she told him she already gave him his change. They are thefts in there wont recommend going there. Ladies have to be 18 years old and dont check for ID for drink and for Men have to be 21 years old makes no sense. They should be closed

It was horrible. So my wjfe and I went to see Ozuna on Friday 19 of August. We bough VIP tickets, however; to be in the VIP zone you have to consume at least $1,000 and the table has no chairs. Therefore, we spend the whole night waiting for Ozuna standing up. Ozuna didnt come out until 3:45am making only a 15 minutes performance. Drinks are extremely expensive and they let people smoke weed in the club. At the end of the night we counted at least 5 fights. We will never ever go there again not even if it was free.

The Staff is very rude and racist!!! I always go there because of the artist they take! But this time was too much. They Should put in BOLD LETTERS Ladies18 and MEN 21, we went to celebrate my sisters 21st birthday and didnt let her boyfriend in because he is 20 mind you he turns 21 January two in two months! I obviously called and their excuse is THEY JUST WANT TO SELL BEER and he wasnt old enough to purchase it! PLUS NO MONEY BACK !!!!! SO SAD BUT DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Really cool spot, good lighting, AC you can feel, clean dance floor with space for everybody. Theres even some comfy seating and the Cream Room is awesome -- exclusive room thats all white and has flat-screen TVs on the walls. The customer service was actually courteous and very helpful, and Ive been there a couple of times already (including this past weekend). Good times guaranteed ;)

My experience in laboom was rather ok but on a bad not the hookah service is terrible, in my opinion they should have someone walking around ashing the charcoal and the hookah seems to always taste burnt. And when asked to change they denied my request. There should also be a separate section for hookah smokers to decrease risk of people getting burned and dropped charcoals.
