I was very unhappy with my trip there! I went for my birthday, which was on Easter, I walk inside to buy my ticket and the two girls that were working, were covering their microphones to talk amongst themselves, and being very rude with their stares while we waited for our other friends! When we finally went to buy our ticket, the girl was extremely short with us and very rude and made my husband and I feel completely stupid because we did not know how the seating arrangements worked. She answered all of our questions with a very rude snare. I then went in and talked to "the guy in charge" to tell him about my experience. The man literally laughed at my husband and I and said, "Well looks like I am going to have to have a talk with her". "The man in charge" and another male worker stood there laughing at us once again, as if getting treated like crap for the THIRD time was acceptable!!! We had gone to the Dipson Theatre a week prior to this, and did not get treated like this what so ever. We debated on what Theatre to go to and I am very disappointed that we gave you guys our business!! Thanks for ruining my birthday and Easter and not caring one bit about your customers!! I was unable to even enjoy the movie from being so mad and upset from YOUR staff members!!!!!!! That was literally THE WORST 70$ I could have ever spent my money on!! I went out for a night of fun, and instead I got BULLIED by the working staff! Not cool!! This doesnt even deserve a star, but you have to high light one to be able to post anything!! And dont even get me started on the highly overpriced food and tickets!! I spent 25$ for four tickets a large popcorn and two large drinks at the Dipson Theatre, here, I spent 25$ for just two tickets to even see the movie! So I paid about 100$ to get treated like crap on my birthday/Easter!! That is seriously not okay!!!!!!!!

I took my 81 year old mother to see the brothers grimsby based on the innocent review on the regal website of a spy comedy. Imagine our horror when what we saw was a disgraceful disturbing disgusting movie. No warning at all about graphic sexual content or information about the explicit profanity. I spoke with the theaters manager who claims that it is not their responsibility to warn you that the movie was so graphic. BOOOO REGAL THEATER AT QUACKER CROSSING AND YOUR MANAGER. I will not be going to this theater ever again. It is my opinion that if you are going to show graphic sexual content and extremely vulgar movies that you do have the responsibility to warn your customers.

Just came back from seeing "Age of Adeline". It was a free advanced screening so they didnt want any cell phones or recording devices in the theater. You handed your device to security and they gave you a number to pick up your items after the movie. As Im waiting in line, someone walks off with my brand new $300 phone (I was dumb for being honest and handing it in)...luckily they brought it back when they realized it wasnt theirs (GREAT SECURITY...NOT!!!). Why bother handing out numbers if youre just going to hand things out to whoever says its theirs??? No apology was given!! Moral of the story: dont hand anything to their security - you never know if youll get it back!!!!

This theater is awesome but the lack of movies/ double features that regal cinemas gets in general is crazy I was looking forward when I saw guardians of the galaxy double feature coming to theaters but regal isnt playing it in the buffalo area anywhere. So I went with AMC The tickets are pricey but the seating is nice unless you hit a Tuesday what happened to the awesome movie selection? It seems like they do a lot of movies but they let a lot slip by my favorite theater by far is cinemark up in rochester their early bird prices are awesome.

Always very clean though they could use some more bathrooms. The quality and comfort of the seats is pretty good compared to most theaters. The prices of the food is somewhat outrageous and the lines go get food is always long. Plus the ticket booth line is too short for the amount of people that to there on a daily basis. Weekends are almost impossible. I recommend you show up rather early to get good seats because depending on the show and day and time, the theaters can fill up fast and youll get stuck with bad seats if you come too late.

OMG this theater is amazing I brought my children to see the Batman movie and the reclining chairs made a big difference because they were relaxed and comfortable so they werent making noises or being rambunctious from when they used to have the old chairs. I also like the fact that I can reserve my seats to where I want my family to sit and not have to worry if theres enough room for all of us! the place is very clean and their workers have great manners and customer service skills!!!

All Auds now have new leather reclining chairs you can now reserve your seats. Holiday weekends are busy.To skip long lines purchase your tickets and reserve seats through Fandango website or app. When you get there you can skip the line and go straight into the theater and an usher will scan your printed ticket or smartphone. Or purchase your tickets earlier. Another tip, even if you prefer to purchase your tickets at the theater you can use Fandango to view seating availability.

I specifically drive out of my way to go see movies at this theater (I live in Niagara Falls). The seating, the service, and the environment is a much better experience, than other theaters Ive been to in the area. To the commentator who claimed the concessions are overprice, thats just movie theaters in general. Which is why my boyfriend and I eat before we go. The theaters have always been clean, the staff always efficient and friendly.

Considering after snacks, two people can easily spend $50 on a movie, one would hope theyd try and update things. The armed guard was a little disturbing considering this is not an area where thats a common sight. Seats are pretty bad, the new ones at the $2 theater are way more comfortable. They may have newer movies, but it feels very much like youre paying a premium for the Regal name.

Pretty nice, though I find the new reclining chairs are not very comfortable for me and I frequently have to readjust my head and neck so I dont get cramped up. Therefore I dont think the price hike at this location to pay for these new seats is justified. Others may disagree, but Im not keen on spending almost $13 a ticket and feeling uncomfortable for most of the movie.
