We have been coming here for years, little by little the food quality has dropped along with the payouts. Now we went new years Eve for the lobster therador & beef tenderloin buffet. The food was horrible and the service was worse! We waited in line for 40 minutes, we were seated and after 15 minutes we still didnt have drinks so we hit the food. I had made two trips to the buffet ( because the food wasnt good at all) and still didnt have drinks. After asking where the lobster was I was told its mixed with other seafood in a gumbo pot pie. Im sorry but signs everywhere said clearly lobster Theodore.... Not seafood slop! And good luck getting a clean plate or bowl. Soup was empty(all 4) shrimp was nasty like warm and rubbery. The entire buffet was worse than any buffet or restaurant I have been to. And did I mention we paid $28 a head for this trash! But its OK because they gave us all a 3 oz glass of warm paint thinner they called champagne.... And to top it off, the machines were just sucking your money. I blew $700 in 15 minutes! And another$100 after getting shamed with a horrible dinner. So meny other people in the casino were pissed off as we were and I say " we will never go back" hello largo!

Everytime I come here its a good time! Win or lose I finally found my favorite date night spot in Rochester! In a city where your only option for entertainment feels like eating and drinking fingerlakes racino is a fantastic place to come to kill some time. I almost always leave a winner, love the wings and get so excited when they play Connor Mcgregors fights for free!! All the employees are so nice too and sometimes even if it isnt my favorite genre they book some decent bands! My one con is sometimes they get rid of good machines or move then around a little too much but I understand rotating to keep the play on them fair and one tiny suggestion would be either cleaning the games more frequently or keeping sanitizing wipes out to wipe down the machine along with the hand sanitizer thats already out. Otherwise Ive always had an amazing time here and love that its so close to my house! Keep up the great work!!!

The buffet is usually okay. Very pricy for what you get. You can pay the same amount @ Seneca or Turning Stone & get a buffet 10 times better. The only time its worth it is when its 2 for $20. Thats why its always packed during that promotion. Machines are very, very tight. Expect to walk out broke unless you budget. Promotions used to be great. Customer friendly. Now they are geared towards the racino side. Not very customer friendly at all. Employees are great. Cleaning crew does a great job. Thats the one thing this place is better at than Seneca or TS.

The gaming here is a some what boring experience. I walked around and tried several different machines. I lost an 150 dollars in 30 minutes and didnt even get kissed. The next day we tried our hand at horse racing. I had a pretty good time, though I wish they would up date this very old seating area. In my opinion it would be a better experience if they had waiters/ waitresses to serve drinks an food. We left after the 3rd race because it gets old fast. Its a nice place to visit once in a while...not often..lol

There is all day fun here all year long. Not only are you able to enjoy the horse racing during the season (April to November), but there is gaming year round with over 1200 Video Lottery Games to take your chances. Getting hungry or thirsty? There is great dining at the Vineyard Buffet and live music on Friday and Saturday nights in the Sports Bar. FLGRT is right off the NYS State Thruway (Exit 44) on Route 96 in Farmington. You can bet on a good time.

Machines pay off poorly. Went there to spin the wheel for my birthday, got 4X the points I would earn, a small cupcake and a coffee. Lost over $ 100.00. When I went to see if I could convert my points to a free play voucher, I was told I didnt have enough. Staff unfriendly and abrupt. Poor promotion s Definitely DID NOT feel like A BIG WIG, in fact I felt balled. So happy other casinos are opening soon near by

I am not going to make rude comments about how the machines pay or dont pay. That is what gambling is about you could win, you could lose. The place is clean , however, mybiggest gripe is the buffet. ..not worth the price. Maybe they should look ,see and taste foods at Lago or Turning stone to get some ideas. I would even pay more of food was better. Poor dessert options also.

Because Im a people watcher I like going there to see the variety of folks and their behavior patterns when theyre winning or losing. I like to take advantage of the promotions available for the Players club members. Their dining facilities are very different from one another and have different price points. And I like to play the slots every once in awhile.

I visit Finger Lakes Gaming at least three or four times a month with my husband and we enjoy usually the buffet when we visit. The buffet is pretty good but they need to change the food items on a daily basis. The Members Points card helps a lot and to be honest thats why we visit because of the great Free Play Points earned each time you play!!!

Slots pay out much better than other casinos because it is only slots. ( Besides the horse races!) And always give away free stuff. The bands are awesome! With good choice and variety of music. I have won many small jackpots there and its a safe environment. GOOD LUCK! (ALWAYS WIN JUST KNOW WHEN TO WALK AWAY

CREEPY!!! Management could care less...with my visually sighted sibling and because its difficult to move from machines I had to tolerate a woman who wanted the game I was on sit beside me and just stare management said basically its her right and my choice not to come back!!!

Security are beyond jerks at 31 years old with my players card and mailer i was refused entry and Im always there never going back rather go else where and spend my money never met people so rude and the MOD on duty was no help either and not at all polite very disappointed

Horse racing gambling drinking dining whining if you want a night out you must go in here and check it out but make sure you dress up because it is a high-class place but of course they let anyone in as casual but look your best folks because its really a nice place

One of my fallback chill out spots. I just go for the atmosphere. Everyone would love to won money, but even when I dont, its still an enjoyable experience. Friendly staff... great game and food selection... Been going for years and will continue for years to come!
