Stayed here for a total of 4 work weeks and loved it. Im not much of a gambler but I do love horseracing. Pro-Tip - Request a room overlooking the race track for an awesome Wed thru Sat evening show. From any room with a view you can see a fair amount of the track and watch the horses race . In the morning you can see the horses exercising as well. My favorite morning ritual was to sit by my window and drink my coffee while watching the horses. If work ever brings me to the area again, Ill be staying here for sure. Friendly service, by the second week they greeted knee by name and remembered my room preferences. Theres a free shuttle to take you to the casino and you get free play if youre new to their rewards program!

Its a fine hotel for a casino. They do have a shuttle to take you to the actual casino, as the hotel in on the opposite side of the horse track. Rooms were nice, but quite pricey for a casino hotel (on a Wednesday). Our biggest complaint would have been the lobby bar. The bar opens at 4pm, however, their bartender did not show up until 4:45pm. When she did, she provided the bare minimum service, and instead sat on a stool on her phone and watched Judge Judy. Very unprofessional, and after a long day on the motorcycle, we just wanted a cold one and were quite angry.

From the booking to checkout, everything was amazing. The girls booking and at the front desk were soooo sweet. The front desk welcomed us warmly and hooked us up with shampoo and conditioners. The house keeping girl was so sweet when she brought towels and made sure we were comfortable before she left. The bed is sooooooo comfy! The pillows are to die for and theres so much space in the room. The room was so clean (as well as the rest of the hotel)! Such a comfortable warm place and so gorgeous. Definitely recommending to my traveling clients!

Greeted by professional staff when walking through entrance. Man at desk very informative and welcoming. Very attractive place with simple decor as not to be overwhelming. Appears to be very clean and tidy. The room was very nice. Made up perfectly. There were instructions on a little card explaining what to do to enjoy my stay and to contact staff if anything at all was needed. Very pleased with my stay.

The Inn is very clean and modern, continental breakfast only, bar area doesnt open till 4 and closes around 10. Several restaurant near by to choose from. INN has shuttle from hotel to casino and shuttle is clean. Rooms are very clean, bed was comfortable and several pillows

This is my second time staying here and the service is always good. Nice little bar to keep you warm while you wait for the shuttle. Dont order more than one the drive is quick. Rooms on the back side of the hotel provide a nice view of the horse track.

Very nice hotel if you are trying to stay some where classy. It was worth the money.. Last time i stayed there they had shuttles to the casino through out the night and back.Worth the money,I am about to book another room now.Very nice staff.

Room unavailable at check-in. Denied discounted group rate at check-out AND we were charged twice! Worst service I have ever had at a hotel. We came to town for a wedding in the area- other guests in the party had similar complaints.

Attentive staff greets you upon walking in. Rooms clean and neat. Message left in room saying to ask for help if needed. Spacious. Cable and wifi complimentary. Breakfast from 8-10 am. Plenty of parking available. Very close to casino.

Pretty clean and updated hotel. Continental breakfast is pretty basic and bland. Being next to the casino there is a lot of cigarette smoking / smell throughout. A little over priced for one night (around $200 when I stayed there).

Went there to meet colleagues for a meeting. The place was clean. Had adequate lighting. And parking was relatively ample. All know it was overall pretty well run. But I didnt stay overnight so cannot comment about the rooms.

Why this place is not totally ok - carpets in rooms and in general entire hotel need to be cleaned. Bathroom shower plastic bottom on door had mold. Inn has lots of cleaning polite staff but inn is starting to look shabby.

Hotel was conveniently located near the casino, with shuttles running every 15 minutes or so. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. Would definitely stay at again.

The hotel is clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast could be better but I enjoyed it anyway. We will be staying at the Inn at Charles Town every visit which will be many. We love it.

Rooms were clean and furnished very nice, staff was great. Free breakfast was usual. Shuttle to casino runs every ten to fifteen minutes. Felt very safe. Within walking distance of convenience store.

The inn at Charlestown is very nice i love it there the only thing i have a problem with is the breakfast the omelets they taste like rubber we like to see them have scramble eggs with real eggs.

Very dated, old & abused furniture. Had to switch rooms. They upgraded me to a suite, it had torn cushions on the sofa & light bulb burnt out in the bathroom.
