Exceptional. Exceptionally bad that is. Terrible, no good. Every. Single. Time. Look all I expect is good Picture & Sound quality. But unfortunately every time (literally) I go there, something goes wrong. Picture too zoomed in/dark/blurry. Sometimes all at once! Emergency lighting WAY too bright which is distracting, impossible to watch! Once I watched Hobbit in much hyped RPX.... 4 year and I still refuse to watch RPX out of principle. It was too dark and blurry! And sound was like coming out of a tunnel! The problems with this particular theater have been going on for years, and I have sworn many times to myself that Im not coming back, but they have parking, and I keep coming back, never again! This theater is bastardized moviegoing experience. They have no competition and become complacent. I watched Rogue One twice here, in two different theaters, each time there was an issue with picture/ sound quality, I let management now multiple times, they did nothing. Sometimes during the movie they turn on the lights in the projection room.... how stupid can you be? Terrible terrible place, stay away.

I spend already I this year more then 500$ on tickets and I have to tell you guys . Its getting worse and worse with each month sit are dirty and smells bad like in stable in some rooms like room 4 and 8 and 5 come one I pay for ticket 15$ I expect to sit in clean place no to worry that someone before me put the gum on chair and again smell !!!! Do something with that . Change chairs On weekends starting Friday theres huge line at counter some people they look like they work there because parents told them so or its some kinda punishment! Dont like to work with people change job dont make clients think you making them big favor to sell them drink or popcorn. And most imported dont put your finger inside cup when you getting my drink ! Hope something will change at that place Movies are great but thats not everything.

Decent, clean theater, but can get vastly over-crowded. Recently just before end credits were rolling the staff turned on the worklights to full so as to clean the theater before the next show. The few of us whod stay to watch the credits couldnt see the screen. Not good treatment to movie fans paying upwards of $20 a ticket. -- Appending to review from almost a year ago. One star deducted. Went back, and the cleaning staff *again* turned on very bright work lights during closing credits. They have 45 minutes between screenings and it wasnt that crowded, but it took three groups of viewers to complain to make them wait till the movie was over. It will be more than a year before I go back. Lots of theaters with good screens in Brooklyn, and this one has premium prices while treating their clientele poorly.

I purchased tickets through Fandango early in the morning to take my nephew to see Alvin and the Chipmunks. When we got there, there was not one seat to be found. Several people were standing against the walls and some were even sitting on the floor. We were then told that if we did not have a seat, we would have to leave. I went to the manager who agreed to refund the cost of the tickets. Of course, he did not refund the cost of the Fandango fee. He also reimbursed me for the cost of the popcorn and soda, but actually took them right out of my nephews hands. So what is the point of using Fandango to purchase tickets in advance if they are going to oversell and you can not get a seat anyway. Very disappointing experience. Will not go there again.

If youre in Brooklyn and you have transportation, this is the theater you go to as the classics have been slowly closing or are just too sticky to navigate. There are always a ton of movies playing and the snack bar is set up with like, twenty registers, to take your overpriced order of popcorn, pizza, soda and more. This is a standard multi-screen theater but what makes it unique is the parking, proximity to restaurants (TGIFridays, Jordans and an awesome bagel shop). The theaters are always clean despite the hoards of crowds. Friday and Saturday evenings, this turns into a pre-teen/teen date spot, so beware of unruly kids. (Did that comment age me?)

Very Nice convient for the Car Service we took to just pull up and drop us off. If you drive there there is onsite parking. I would give it another star but the comon $30 for a small popcorn and a soda & it was a small just for myself now imagine if I had kids with me. The other thing is we went to see the last showing & when we exited the doors as we waited for car service which only took 5 minutes, they shut off all outdoor lighting leaving us and many others in the dark, so me and my friend crossed over thank god to TGIF FRIDAYS Were we waited outside. But as far as a movie theater and seating its nice and comfortable and clean.

Have you ever been to an absolutely fantastic movie theater where you paid more attention to the surrounding environment or the amazing seats that completely took you out of the viewing experience? Yea, me neither. However the UA Sheepshead is a passable movie theater, that though overpriced offers a good selection of movies and a full IMAX screen. Tickets here are almost as expensive as those in the city, which is egregious, especially given other theaters in Brooklyn (like the Alpine). Long story short, if theyre showing a movie here that theyre not showing anywhere else, then it makes sense to come.

This place has been in my neighborhood since I was 12. I find it a perfectly acceptable movie theatre with parking. I have gone many times through the years (Im 40). Going to the City to a Theatre at 42nd street is certainly a better experience but the reason I am writing some comments is in reply to some of the comments that popped up when I went looking for showtimes. "Gross Bathrooms" and "No Parking" are these people out the lunch? In my living memory I have never even seen an overflow in their male bathroom. And for theater hoppers they let you do it.

Never again. Its Wednesday. Line at the entrance. Oh, that just because its only one person in the ticket booth instead of 6! Six! You want a drink? Its gonna take you another 20 minutes. If you are lucky. Because there is no vending machine and only 2 ppl serving. But with ticket and drink you are finally in auditorium. And you dont know how to breath BECAUSE ITS STINKS!!! not like a little stink or so you can tolerate, but... Full size stink you can say goodbye to movie. Never! Worst! Dont! Say goodbye! Stay away

Está bien pero huele muy mal en la sala, si bien la película fue buena la verdad es que el mal olor no deja disfrutar. It is fine but it smells very bad in the room, although the film was good the truth is that the bad smell does not let enjoy.

Nice but not so much up to date for me, the seats arent as comfortable as they can be in todays day and age. When u visit theaters these days with plush recliners, going back is rather hard and disappointing, didnt find the picture quality to be that amazing either .... They could use an IMAX theatre, and not "lemax" (Digital IMAX) actual imax! .... But hey its clean and not run down, so its cool.. Nice staff too .. (Update) I was told they have an IMAX theatre. However its digital IMAX #Disappointing
