Worst experience Ive had in years. The movie experience was somewhat ok once I was inside but to get there was painful. First, I parked my car and write down the space number because you have to pay by the hour at the machine inside the theater so I get to the machine and it wouldnt take just the space number, now it wants the plate number. Who walks around with that. Then I go back to my car to snap a picture of my license plate. I go back to the machine and I input all this numbers and I feel Im in a math test. Once it ask for payment for some reason wouldnt take my credit card, ok Ive got some cash on my so since Im already late I just put a 10 dollar bill hoping to get some change back, after all I only need 3 hours parking because the movie length is 2 and a half right? Wrong! The machine wouldnt give me any change and kept my 10 dollars. Now I have paid for parking until 2 am in the morning and its just afternoon. Ok, I go the lady at the costumer service post and she tells me that they have nothing to do with those machines that the city of New Rochelle was responsible for that. To my surprise, the machine I used was inside the theater so dont understand why they wouldnt have anything to do with it. She told me to call the number on the machine but I know what Id had to go through to recover 7 dollars that they stole from me. Its Ok, just 7 dollars right? Wrong! They lady told me they have that complaint a lot so they are aware of this recurrent situation and yet, do nothing about it. Poor me, I enter the theater stressed and late, and yes, lost first 5 minutes of the movies which I paid 21 dollars to watch. Never again. I will try different venues next time.

Consistently (unfortunately have been here dozens of times, because of the IMAX) the most mis-managed concession operation Ive ever seen, as they never, ever have enough people working and the line will always take 15-20 min at the absolute minimum and often MUCH longer. The incompetent management should realize the relative cost of having a few more employees working would be far outweighed by the ability to sell to the myriad of people who skip the atrocious lines. Efficient theaters have someone taking the order & ringing it up while another person obtains it, not exactly rocket science - but that NEVER happens here. Wake up!!!!

Horrible experience. Waited 30 minutes on the concession line for a soda. 3 lines open with about a dozen employees behind the counter on a early Sunday afternoon. When it was obvious I was gonna miss my movie, I asked how I could get a refund. I was told to go stand on another line! When I told the ticket taker I needed to speak to a manager she very politely told me one would meet me at customer service. The manager asked me what I wanted than gave me my refund without even asking me why, or if there was anything she could do for me. Im done with Regal & New Roc.

I love this movie theater and its comfortable reclining seats. The seats are roomie The staff members have always been friendly and helpful every time I visited. The parking lot is huge and right next to the theater. However, their is a small fee to use the parking lot. There also lots a restaurant options outside the theater although the theaters concession stands offer a wide variety of snacks and food. With the eighteen theaters there are many options to watch movies in various viewing options. This is definitely theater I consider when going to the movies.

So disappointed , i bought tickets for transformers movie at 7:25pm july 9th sunday, and i got to the theater and they told me that there was not movie at 7:25 , my movie will start at 9:30pm , i told them that i have already tickets that i bought online and how can they sell and cancel showtime. I wasnt the only one , it was this woman with her kid want to buy tickets for 7:30pm show and she was showing her proof on her phone that it was set on a 7:30 pm showtime. They didnt do anything to help me and i left . Poor management. First and last to this place.

Parking is easy, line moves quickly, first show discount available, theaters and rest rooms are clean. Most theaters have the new motorized recliners. You pick your seats when you purchase tickets, so pick carefully, folks will let you know you are in their seat if you switch! Great viewing experience, even if sound is just a tad too high. Good variety of snacks available and there are seats next to the theaters so you can wait for your friend who picked t he "other" movie. Lots of good meal choices available within walking distance!

This is where I always come when I need a good IMAX fix. I really enjoy this theater and the nearby food. Its a clean environment, but I will say that some of the crowd doesnt have the best of manner in their movie-watching. Phones are a really big annoyance, people! (As are whiny kids...sorry, but a $15+ ticket with people disturbing the experience is quite frustrating). Im not a kid hater at all, but this is not a place to bring kids that cant behave themselves. Theres other places for that.

Concession stand is horrible. Extremely inefficient! Stupid because thats supposedly where they make all their money! Ive been in line for over twenty minutes!! People keep leaving because theyre sick of the wait! Slow or busy its the same. And its not the employees, its the horribly designed set up. They have to walk up and down in order to get the items for one order! Stupid. Someone needs to fix this or Im not going to come back. Ill go to AMC in Port Chester.

I went here tonight for the first time in 3 years and a lot has changed. The only thing I do not like is the reserved seating. We reserved our seats only to have a man and his family sitting in our seats. He looked as if he was pissed over the fact that he was sitting in our reserved seat lol. You guys should really have a section or some kind of label to show what seats are reserved. Whats the point pf reserving a seat only.to have someone take it?

The theater itself is very good and the seating is impeccable. Although the corridors smell because theyre not maintained properly. Staff: They are rude and unprofessional most of the time. Food Court: "Give me your money and shut up", if you ask for a cup or bag for the large popcorn they almost kill you. Parking: you have to pay for it but it is not excessive and its close by. The reason I keep going back is because of the seats and sound quality.

I was there on Wednesday, Dec. 9th, 2015 at 12 Noon. The lady behind the concession stand was the most rudest individual I have ever encountered. I was there with four people, the place was empty and all she had to do was give us 3 coffees and cheese/pretzles. What an attitude and what a mouth. I will never attend a movie at this Regal again. But I kept my cool and did not say a word in response. At least I walked away the better person.
