I came in to buy fish. Noone even said hi or asked if they can help me. When i asked for help since everyone on the floor was just talking to each other the guy came and literally said the fish are 7.99 and walked away. I wanted to buy the fish so I had to go back and find another employee. A girl helped me who looked like maybe she just started because she had no idea about the products I should use, what kind of fish can go in a regular tank or how often I should change the water and feed them. As I went to the counter I wanted to buy the starter tank and the same girl came up and had no answers for any of the questions I had. I asked her if she could find someone who knew. It took her 15 mins to get someone because she and other employees stayed on the floor talking about going out and parties etc. REALLY?! They didnt care and kept saying someone go ring her up. It is ridiculous and for me being a previous store manager I would have written them all up or fired them. And I would definitely train the girl more since she knew nothing. She barely knew english.

I have been there many many times I might be like customer everyone knows about. Only being twelve I am a bit picky. Now here are the upsides. They do have awesome discounts and prices, now before you establish a fish tank from there you must know everything so do your research because they dont tell you anything. There fish are cool but now the healthiest. Some of them have diseases which lead to an ik breakout in my fish tank so be very picky of the fish you get. They have good products and have great service. I would recommend this place Btw I have a YouTube channel where you can see some of the fish Ive gotten from this place

All my fish that I buy there kill my old fish and also die!!! Last week I lost all my fish cus the 2 kissers I got were sick with Ich and they contaminated my tank Im so mad at the store all the time sick fish is what they sell. Last year I got 13 gold fish from there and every day i lost one until I had none. Is insane!!! Like where the heck u get your fish from???

Went to buy a parakeet and they had really great customer service. The employee seemed to be knowledgeable about the pets and i was in and out within 10 minutes! Plus they have a super cute black cat that roams around the store!! <3 Also, for those whove been here in the past, management of the store has improved a lot!

I wouldnt really recommend this place to be honest half of the time i go here to buy something for my pets they dont have it and i leave empty handed i would only recomend going here in case of an emergency
