Paid $275 for a magician for one hour for a childrens birthday party. The magician showed up ten minutes late, took 20 minutes to set up, and then disappeared for half an hour, with all the kids sitting in chairs waiting for him. We had no idea where he went, we called his company and they called him on his cell phone. They said he ran out to get lighter fluid. Aside from the fact that he should have come prepared, why didnt he tell anyone he was leaving, or just eliminate that one thing from his act (it was one trick). When he came back, the party was going to be over in 25 minutes. He refused to perform until we paid him in full and when we called his company again, they very rudely agreed with him. I asked why I should pay $275 for an hour for a magician that was going to perform for less than half an hour (since we still needed to sing happy birthday and serve cake) and the office manager said hed go faster. Am I paying the same amount of money for a faster hour? They negotiated a lesser price but it really wasnt much and they had already ruined an entire hour of the party. The second issue was that we paid another $275 for a dunk tank and we couldnt use it because every time a kid went into the tank and got dunked, they hit their head. the seat just didnt work properly and kept hitting the kids in the head. Both of these issues totally ruined a joint birthday party for my two daughters and the company did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. And on top of it they were pretty rude.

I rented the Elmo bouncer and Elmo character for my sons first birthday party. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company. My party got rave reviews for DAYS from my family and friends. The parents LOVED having the bouncer to give them a break to enjoy the party while the kids bounced away. The bouncer had an attendant to watch over the kids so parents could breathe easy and hang out near by while all the kids had a blast. The character was awesome, friendly and just made my sons day. He loved Elmo and I loved her (the staff member who played elmo) too. The price was more than reasonable, and I got more than what I paid for honestly. I am very happy with this service and will be telling all my friends about them, as well as using them for future events. I am an event coordinator for Brentwood High School Science Olympiads team and I have used Magical Production for graduation, homecoming, and competition fundraisers for the past two years. The customer service is extremely cooperative and efficient at taking down everything I need and confirming the rentals before the event. I have rented out their cotton candy machine and popcorn machine. They have never failed to deliver it on the requested time. Our events have more than 500 people, and its a chaos dealing with everything, but Dave is great at understanding any drastic changes I need to make before the event. The level of service and commitment is why I choose work with them. I highly recommend Magical Productions Entertainment for any and all of your events.

My business, TEACH Consulting Services and the Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce booked the Gingerbread bouncer/slide for one of our towns biggest events, "Miracle on Main" and couldnt have been happier to have used Magical Productions!! The bouncer was not only whimsical and fun..it was clean and in excellent shape. The staff was courteous and professional and took the place of us trying to find someone to monitor the bouncer. We are looking forward to using Magical Productions for the Carousel bouncer for our Spring Festival on March 28th in Sayville too!! You know a magic show is good when your child requests to have same magician again. I have used Magical Productions Entertainment for two years; this will be my third year using them. First time I used them was for my son’s first birthday (7 years ago), I remember I wanted a specific character (Happy Feet) which they didn’t have, but that didn’t stop them, they actually got the character made for my party, that tells you a lot on what type of company this is and how committed they are. The magic show engages everyone including adults and children of all ages. I have recommended Magical Productions Entertainment to everyone that asks me, but their entertainment, commitment, and energy speaks for itself.

Magical Productions did an AMAZING job for my sons 1st birthday! The staff was polite and helpful they kept 34 kids entertained for 4 hours. Everyone at my sons party asked for their card and where I got them from because they were great with the kids. They made sure they were extremely easy with the kids on the mechanical bull.and didnt make too.many adults fall.off either lol the magician had all the kids amazed they all sat with their mouths opened waiting to see whatd he do next from.fire eating to pulling out doves and rabbits EVERYTHING was top notch!!!! Ill definitely use Magical productions again and highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of party entertainment.

Dave and his crew is like family always trying to keep people happy,its like finding a diamond in a rut I feel so lucky and proud to have magical productions entertainment as part of my family functions. Family and friends are never disappointed. I hired Uncle ----- one time I got the number off of the BET NETWORK and trust me I have never look back Dave and the crew can put a highly popular entertainer under raps within the first 5 mins, its just amazing to watch their shows I have young children as well as older people wanting more waiting with anticipation when ever I hire magical productions entertainment. Magical Products has made my childrens parties the best parties year after year! All of our family, friends, and neighbors always ask me for their card because their kids usually want Magical Productions to create memories at their parties too. I highly recommend this company if you want people you can depend on, quality equipment, good prices, and lots of happy faces! We have had bounce houses, snow cone machines, popcorn machines, slides, face painting, and of course the always exciting dunk tank. I dont know who had more fun, the kids or the adults! Show less

We have used Magical Productions for our annual Purim Carnival for the last five years. They have never failed to arrive on time, they are great with setting everything up and helping out during the carnival and then efficiently taking down and clearing everything out. They leave the place the way it was before they walked in. The kids love the games they provide and I appreciate there service and how easy they make it for me to run the carnival every year. There prices are very competitive. I highly recommend them for your next carnival, party or event.
