Just hope and pray that your machine doesnt malfunction. My husband went to cash out and the machine jammed. We turned on the light and waited about 5 minutes and no one came. I saw a man in a suit carrying a walkie-talkie type thing and asked him if he could call someone over. He came to the machine, checked out the number and went on his way. About 5 minutes later, still no one came, I saw another casino worker and asked him to please call someone. I gave him the machine number and he said he would. Another 5 minutes or so went by and I asked yet another worker to call someone over. I also turned the help light on every machine in the bank. Nothing. After waiting about 1/2 hour I finally saw an attendant fixing a machine and stood there until she was finished and asked her to please come to the machine my husband was sitting (and waiting) at. She did and, after opening the machine simply handed my husband a crumpled ticket. We had trouble finding a cashiers window that was open and when we finally did, I asked to speak to a floor manager. When I told him of how it didnt make for a very pleasant evening when you have to sit there for an extended period of time and no attendant in sight, his response was, "Im sorry. We are severely understaffed and this happens often when it gets extremely busy. All I can say is Im sorry." NEWSFLASH !!!!! It was a holiday weekend...do you THINK it may have been a bit busier than usual? Do you THINK maybe you shouldve had a extra person or two or five on the floor? This floor manager was so UN-customer friendly it was frightening. Do you think we received any sort of compensation for our aggravation? NO !!!!! We walked to another part of the casino and ran into someone else who was unhappy because they had just won a substantial amount of money and had been waiting for quite some time at the machine for an attendant. Go figure, huh? No wonder Mohegan is losing money. They piss people off with their less than courteous staff and dont realize they are losing revenue because those people who have to sit and wait to get a machine fixed are NOT gambling. When the attendant finally shows up, take the money and run !!!! I hadnt been to Mohegan in over 6 months due to a previous unhappy experience and now Im not sure if Ill ever go back. Thank God there are other options in CT and nearby states.

Do NOT GO TO MOHEGAN SUN!!! IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. This HOTEL is a BORE. This casino has NO BUZZ. BORING. I was going to spend my birthday here but I AM DEFINITELY NOT NOW. I came for a concert and had dinner first at Tuscany. The restaurant was dead. The food was fine (fish, chicken---basic americanized italian food) but if you want to feel a "VEGAS" fun experience, dont go to Mohegan Sun. There were 10 people MAX in the restaurant before the concert.....JUST NOT HAPPENING. The noisy silly water fall made it so you couldnt enjoy dinner as it was like sitting under Niagara falls---loud and annoying. But most importantly, you go to a casino to have fun and this place is a BORE....so staying HOME is more fun and cheaper. I am not kidding. This place is as boring as a Mall with no people and no stores. Speaking of that, there are no stores...no good stores....I thought I would shop before dinner...there is NOTHING to buy....there is NOTHING to look at. NOTHING!!!! Terrible concert venue. Went for the Christina Perry Concert on 7/10/15. She sings songs that are from the heart. She is an amazing performer. However, there was NO CROWD CONTROL. There was a group of OBNOXIOUS girls yelling at the back of the venue and no one tried to quiet them. Then there was a group of ushers talking loudly for many songs. They would not be quiet. I watched someone trying to quiet them UNSUCCESSFULLY. The employees were ruining it for the people around them. THE CONCERT VENUE LOOKS LIKE A GYNMASIUM. THE SOUND IS TERRIBLE AND SO IS THE STAGING. See concerts in real CONCERT VENUES....THIS ONE IS A JOKE. GO TO MADISON SQUARE GARDEN, TD BOSTON, OR ANYWHERE. DONT GO TO MOHEGAN SUN. IT IS A RIP OFF, AND NOT A FUN PLACE. I HAVE TRAVELED THE COUNTRY AND THE WORLD AND NEVER WANT TO RETURN HERE. Save your money. BTW, the performer asked how many had made money at the Casino, and no one cheered. When she asked who had lost money, people responded. Everyone who had gambled here had lost money. SO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....THIS PLACE IS A BORE, A RIP OFF, AND POORLY RUN. You can tell this Casino is hurting as it is looking old and stale...TIME FOR A REDO MOHEGAN SUN....THE ROOMS EVEN SMELL OF CASINO. I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS BUT THEY MAKE YOU CHECK ONE STAR. BUT FOR THE RECORD, IT DESERVES ZERO STARS.

EMPLOYEES ARE PEOPLE . well it took me a long time to really say what i feel about this company. it destroyed our lives, since my wife got injured working for the company. she was treated unfairly , discriminated against. her injuries were not her fault but this company uses everything at their disposal in order to deny her claim. i can name more than five individuals who have had to deal with this issue. these people have never bounced back since they got hurt. this one lady who is supposed to have knee replacement because she got hurt there was screwed big time, her doctor was able to reverse his findings in order to favor the casino. the doctor said that he was going through a lot when he wrote the initial report , suddenly he had an epiphany. well people these are people like you who love to work and really respect the fact that a company like that would give them a job , but now they are finding out that the company was using them and their goal is to maximize their profit. i was around when the tribe was asking to be recognized , they felt the same way , that the federal government was not fair and that they deserve to be a people and they deserve to get help from the government, now that they have been going for over 18 years strong , they forget that workers need protections and compensation when they are hurt. when a company that big refuses to pay an injured persons bill or deny them the care they need , it is sad. they should know that their actions have destroyed lives and some way , some how people will gather and use a class action against them. our lives have changed , we are not happy , the physical pain she is in , the emotion and all have put her in a state of shock. the financial problems i guess is eating her inside because she is scared one day, will be the day that she loses her home. bank accounts depleted and still the company who was negligent refuses to pay the bills , you have to fight to get something paid, they contest everything, including their own findings. all she does is cry , so i have had enough of this. I KNOW THAT THERE ARE GOOD PEOPLE WITHIN THE COMPANY , THIS IS THE TIME TO TACKLE THIS INJUSTICE. STAY TUNED
