This company was amazing to us. I was renting three inflatable structures for a giant BBQ I was having the day before my wedding. We got the Animal Land PlayLand (which the little ones had so much fun on), The Bungee Run (which everyone of all ages was enjoying all night), and The Demolition Ball (so much fun). All of which I would highly recommend. This companys customer services was also amazing. The day of the BBQ two young men dropped off the structures and before leaving they demonstrated each to make sure they were working properly. Originally we had ordered the Human Bowling (which looked amazing) but when one of the young men went to test it out, he could not fit inside. Immediately he told us that this particular item was new and had never been rented before and that it would not work for the people we had coming to the party. When we called the company to discuss the problem with them immediately apologized and offered to replace the defective game with another of our choosing. I couldnt have been happier with how the structured performed and how much fun everyone had with them.

Once we started using Total Entertainment, we were spoiled! One time, someone from my company used another company when I was out on vacation. We were so disappointed! We were used to Total Entertainments commitment to going over and above the call of duty to make us happy. We were used to getting high quality equipment and nice attendants. The other company (whose name has something to do with Fun) had beat-up equipment and attendants that were a step below Carnies. Our company almost lost the yearly party budget due to that company! But Total Entertainment came and saved the day! Their Catering is as good as any Four Star Restaurant! Highly recommended!

I contacted Total Entertainment about a month before an event I was planning that needed a dunk tank, and every interaction I had with them was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any email question I had. On the day of the event, the tank arrived on time and perfectly clean (which made the guys going in the tank VERY happy), and pick up went smoothly as well. I would definitely recommend Total Entertainment for any event, their catalog is huge and based on my experience there is no other company like it.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Total Entertainment. I recently hired them for their green screen photography at my wedding. The staff was extremely professional and were set up and ready to go on time. It was a great favor for my guests to take home. Everybody loved it and my husband and I even got a cd with a copy of all the photos on it for us to keep. I would definitely hire them again.

I had a surprise 50th Birthday party for my husband and decided to hire Total Entertainment for a Casino Night Theme. The staff was excellent, professional and lots of fun. The equipment was delivered on time and the associate at the office called me to confirm my order. Everyone at the party had a blast! We had a blast at our Ski Show Event with the snow cone machines we rent from Total Entertainment. Visitors were just crazy about it ! Natalie, give us a really professional service and she was so helpful !! All the material was delivered and pickup directly onsite, right on time I definitely recommend their services to provide any special events rental you need to do.
