We stayed @ Seven Clans / TRF on Saturday March 18 2017. I would never go here again. The staff at the front desk was rude. The water park staff could not answer ANY of our questions. We were not told that the water park was a seperate purchase when we asked about it during our room reservation. We paid $250 +tax in rooms, and then ended up paying ANOTHER $100 in water park bracelets. There were NO towels in the water park . NONE. When we asked a park employee he stated "theyre in the wash, I think." I observed pool employees walking around and handing out towels to people, seeming to pick and choose who they went to. The arcade was a complete joke. More then half of the games were "out of order" and of those that did work more than half of them wouldnt print out tickets. Which was almost irrelevant because the prize shelves were EMPTY! We spent over $60 on tokens and my grandkids got a plastic ring and 2 hackey sacks! We asked for a roll-away for our room when I made the reservation. After swimming and eating (thats another story) we called front desk and asked for our roll away. "Sorry, we dont have any left." And then when we asked for extra bedding for the pull out couch and for the person who was supposed to have a roll away the response was "We dont have any extra bedding or pillows. Were out." Our room slept 5 and there were 2 towels in the bathroom. The restaurant was under construction, which we knew before checking in. However, you cant order from the Malt Shop from your room, you must go to the Malt Shop to order. So all 10 of us had to go down to eat. OR, go order and bring it all back upstairs. We chose to eat in the malt shop which was ok, just not accommodating for 10. The entire experience was an absolute joke. I cant get over how unprofessional the ENTIRE experience was. Kids are oblivious to things like this so they had a good time, however I would NEVER recommend this place if youre looking for a pleasant, relaxing experience. In a nut shell...rude staff, no directions to rooms, no helpful information, inexperienced park employees, hard beds, no towels, no extra bedding, no restaurant, crappy arcade with broken video games...just all around a bad, bad experience. If I could have gone -5 stars I would have.

Honestly this place is horrible. ok let me rephrase that, the staff and management here is horrible. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. The check in staff are unwelcoming and thats being polite, the management staff are uneducated and lack any skills in customer service. I was shocked that half the staff (and that is sadly not even an exaggeration) have hickeys all over their faces and necks, they have no mannerism and again absolutely no customer service skills. Ive stayed at many many hotels and granted I wasnt expecting the MGM Grand or the Bellagio but I was expecting hospitality at the hotel. The water park is nice and a great place for kids, the casino its self is just that a casino, the rooms are outdated but sleepable. The hotel itself would be fine but the staff just ruins the whole thing. Someone commented on here that most of the staff looks and dresses like gangsters and for me I dont care how they dress or what they look like... they could have tats from head to toe (at least then their hickeys would blend in), they can dress in anything they want as far as Im concerned but their lack of service, lack of knowledge and lack of self respect in their job makes this hotel a horrible place to stay. It honestly makes me sad to see such a possible wonderful place be run by untrained individuals. I was hoping to be proud to be there and was thrilled to stay at a hotel that was run by my own people but after being there Im embarrassed and disgusted with the image they portrayed to any and all visitors. I know going forward I will not be back to this hotel and yes I am only one customer that they are losing but I think the bigger issue is that they not just lost my business they also lost all of my respect. I can go 45 minutes up 59 and stay at shooting star and be treated like I am welcomed. I do not in any way, shape or form recommend this hotel to anyone. Hopefully the GM or even the owner(s) will take some of these reviews and try and make the necessary changes needed by maybe incorporating some rules, guidelines, guidance, and training. And I strongly believe they should start with the management staff.

With the exception of the employees working at the Players Club counter, those who work here seem miserable at work. This casino is as far from any amenity as you could imagine. Cell phone service (I have Verizon) is weak at best. Expect no cell phone service and youll not be disappointed. The free Wi-Fi times out and forces you to reconnect regularly. My phone has issues, I had issues with my laptop and tablet also. Other areas casinos are doing upgrades while I see Seven Clams Casino doing nothing. It is the smokiest casino around. Their system for reading and printing vouchers had "technical difficulties" requiring every "cash out" to wait for the one hand pay team theyve got walking around Thee casino. Ive waived down the team three times now and they tell me theyll be right there. What a brilliant way to trap patrons in your casino inhaling second-hand smoke. The food choices are limited and dont taste good at all. The water park is ok. In general, this place was ok at its pinnacle and is quickly being surpassed by competing businesses nearby. If I hadnt committed to this place for the entire weekend, Id leave. I cant think of a more depressing, oppressive place to be than this place. This is further evidence that Seven Clans Casino continues to fail at the very minimum services expected at a casino. Their refusal to maintain their IT infrastructure shows. Theyd be better off selling ask their slot machines and offering only card and dice games. Seven Clans is stuck in the late 20th Century and shouldnt attempt to advertise themselves as a casino when they obviously cant handle the bare bones, minimum expected services.

We go to the desk to check in and the receptionists (there were 3 of them) seemed to be to busy talking to be interrupted by a customer, finally 4 minutes later one walks over to us and says, Yes? What do you need? So during our check-in experience I mentioned we had a coupon for a discounted rate and she lowered the price $35 to what the coupon stated. Then at the time of Check-out they removed the coupon stating that it was not valid for our room we stayed in. The whole time she checked us in she seemed to be very displeased that we bothered her to check-in, she was very rude and impatient. With no instruction on where the room was we went on our way. We get to the room and found shoes under the table and chairs, which didnt belong to us, and used pop and water in the refrigerator YUCK! Ok so to shorten this up a little heres the rest in a nut shell, They have no buffet, the bed was hard as rock, drain plug in Jacuzzi didnt work properly, pillows were flat, no alcohol on the premises at all nor was it allowed, every single one of the slot machines were really old or second hand machines, the food was mediocre at best, coffee was horrible, The so called water park was run down and very dirty not to mention they charged an additional $15 to use it, lifeguards consisted of 1 or 2 very young kids with mp3 players... not very safe, we found no one to be friendly at all in the whole place, not one hello or nothing, not even such as a smile. Most the employees look like and dress like gangsters. Do yourself a favor and your family, DONT STAY HERE and risk your life and waste your money. Every negative review listed here is true.
