Came in on the 4th of July for dinner ( the buffet that is ) It was a total disappointment. after I paid the $16 to get in, I noticed the small buffet was empty, all I saw was a pan full of mini corn dogs! I went back to the cashier and ask the lady "wheres the dinner?" she said "oh its fried chicken and were out but theyll bring some out shortly" the soup was down to a broth with no vegetables left in it half the important items in the salad bar were missing including the ranch dressing. I sat there for 10 minutes drinking broth until the Fried Chicken came out. When the cook brought out the one pan of fried chicken the whole restaurant jumped up racing for that pan of chicken like a starving bunch. This was a true embarrassment and I felt bad for these locals who have no other place to go and theyre getting gouged by this casino. I couldnt handle this scene and treatment, so I simply got up and left. A fried chicken dinner buffet..!! Yes, it was the main and only item on the buffet. I drove 45 minutes to come here for a disappointment. Thanks for the cheap fuel, hopefully its not water diluted.

Where do I begin...... golf course was nice, but burned up. Several greens in terrible shape. But no big deal. We had a good time out there. HOWEVER, casino was a completely different story. When we arrived, we were told the lounge would be open until midnight. We played 36 holes, then returned to be told the lounge was not only closed tonight, but wasnt ever open today or yesterday. I was told over the phone that wouldnt be an issue. Then I asked for a manager, only to be told one wasnt on duty. This place is an absolute trap. Come to golf of youre close, and dont require a night life. Otherwise, this place is dead, and you wont find any help from the staff. I know the young lady behind the desk could sense my frustrations, but it didnt matter. They already had my money, and thats all they ever wanted. Come to golf. Dont come to the casino. Garbage staff. Dishonest. Update: went to Legends for food. 4 staff members walked by without acknowledging me. Left and ate at the golf clubhouse. Much better service there. As I said before, will not be returning here.

SLOT MACHINES ARE TRASH CANS FOR YOUR MONEY. Robbery with out the pistol Theyre finally getting some good entertainment there at least for us women which is male strippers of course . Me and my girl friends will be there WAKE UP THIS PLACE IS A SCAM TO RIP YOU OFF OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY For Sure you keep going back to chase your losses. Only dummies that cant do math think they won a dollar you lose every time you go dummie. Illegal aliens like you should not be coming to my country anyway only a dumb ass thinks it won 20 dollars WOW. You suck 20 dollars win dumb ass theyre playing you for a sucker theyll 100 bill ya till you are broke STUPID its impossible to win you always lose 100% guaranteed the question is . how stupid are you ?

I live in Lincoln, but I stay here on occasion because I have family in the area. I think the place is awesome. The staff is friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean - ask for one on the second floor facing the golf course for a great view. Theyve even let me check in early a few times without charging me extra. If you like golf, the course is beautiful. Its new and they still have some ground maintenance to do, but it is challenging and the way they wrapped it around the rolling hills and valleys is impressive. If the weather is bad, they have a golf indoor golf simulators for low cost. They also have a good fitness room and pool and hot tub. Im not much of a casino guy, but they have a decent size floor of machines with a bar, and great buffet and menu . All in all, it makes for a great little weekend get-a-way thats close to my old stomping grounds.

I guess I dont understand the other reviews. Its a casino. If you choose to bring your life savings thats your own stupid mistake. Casinos are designed to be a risk. This place is great. Its clean, the machines are new, and the rooms are nice. We tried the buffet and the food was great as well. We will definitely come back. We limited ourselves to a certain amount for the casino and had enough to play for a while. We ended up about 20 bucks ahead in the end but nothing major. Again, it IS a casino... You shouldnt be expecting to "make your money back." What casino out there offers a guaranteed chance to do that?

If you love slots, youre in heaven, otherwise try somewhere else. The food was ok but not great. NO ALCOHOL IN THE ROOMS. I just wanted to put that in all caps so no one missed it. I understand that being on a dry reservation, there are alcohol restrictions, but its like they hide that information until theyve got you there and then spring it on you after youve already checked in and committed to stay. Service was fine and the rooms were clean. Not a bad place to just spend a night passing through.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and it was wonderful. The rooms are very nice and clean. The most awesome down pillows ever. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and we ate several meals in the Legends dinning room. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever eaten. The drinks at the bar were not crazy expensive neither was the food. Had fun playing at the casino. Pool and spa were also nice. Will definitely stay here again.

I do not Gamble, so Im not sure how that is. The facility itself is very clean, and everyone is very friendly! The rooms are extremely clean and very orderly, and theres always a nice little box of candy waiting for you on check in. The exercise equipment is nice and works well, and they have a great swimming pool. The lounge restaurant serves very good food, and has a nice salad bar. Theres also a snack bar, and a bar available. I always enjoyed my stay at the hotel here

The new hotel is nice. The staff is not. The native people of the santee all seemed bitter therefore the service was lacking. I did not like the machines on the casino floor. While I can usually walk away with a small or large profit at other casinos, it seemed I could not get anything done at this one. Therefore, I do not think I will be returning to this casino resort.

Only gave it 1 start just because its a nice place and the king suite was decent. However, the room was very cold and it took housekeeping a while to bring blankets and the staff didnt seem too happy about it and made it clear to me... The food isnt very good either and the service they provide isnt that great. The staff is rude... DO NOT think we will come back!!!
