We had a positive experience at Sky Zone, overall. We took a grandmother, 4 parents, and 2 children under 5. The kids and parents enjoyed the foam pits. Everyone enjoyed the small, sectioned off area for families with small children. But, toward the end of our time, the female manager approached one of the fathers in our group and informed him that he was not allowed to actually jump on the trampolines in the area that was sectioned off, and that he was only allowed to be on the sideline while his 4 yr old jumped. This was contradictory to what one of the staff members told us at the beginning of our jump time. Further, 4 parents, 1 grandmother, and 2 pre-school children had been jumping as a family in that sectioned off area for about 45 mins without issue. Therefore, we never understood why the manager appeared to be singling out this one father. He had spent his entire time jumping near his son and nephew. Our conclusion is that the rules and jumping areas should be better explained and marked for families with pre-school kids. If Sky Zone allows children under 5 to participate, they need to better explain how the parents can participate with them before taking the money from that family. Otherwise, this is a great experience for pre-teen kids and up. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was nice, even though the female manager was not as helpful as we would have liked in explaining why one of the fathers was being sidelined.

My son had attended a scheduled birthday event on Sat. This has been the second year at the SkyZone Park for the same persons party. Now, he arrived into a late start for the guest of which this party was for hadnt even arrived here yet, And this is at 7:25 already. At which time these kids were to be in the jump area by now to be "JUMPING". So, now the time for the scheduled people invities, had only I guess was a lousy 45 minutes all together. This has nothing to do with the employees foing, only to now find out that after this was finished within the allowed 1-1/2 time reserved for the kids to be together to have any fun, that theyd be asked to leave and left in sub-zero weather outside in their parking lot to open the birthday boys gifts theyd all brought. The cake was horrid, the service was worse, and the persons at the attending desk in the front door had been even so rude as to trick my son and his friends into a last minute game of Steal the dollars from them to tell them that if your not 15 years old then your not able to use the prize in the park for any one even a person that might be of age!! Nobody should go to this place as its not suitable for any sort of celebration!! Never going here again!

I only give a 1 because I like their sky fit class. Otherwise dont waste your money here. They screwed up my daughters bday party with 20 min late pizzas ( this was a while ago). Then tonight we go there with 2 60 min passes wanting to do 30mins each for our family of 4- they dont do 30 min passes. But on the spin wheel u can win a 30 min pass. THEN my son had on zero gravity socks- they insisted he only wear anyone socks. I hung his zero gravity socks on our locker- the staff threw them away. Clearly afraid of competition. THEN while we were just resting on the side against the wall tramps the staff girl said we couldnt lean against the wall trampolines. But then I watched her watch like 4 of her friends do the same thing and she didnt say a peep. Poorly run company, too strict, clearly hurting because they cant have zero gravity socks in there. Zero gravity is way better- go there!! Unless u want to do the fitness class- the instructors at sky zone are really awesome.

We had a birthday party for our twin daughters and their entire kindergarten class on Saturday and I couldnt believe how smooth everything went. From the moment we got there the host (Kyle) who was assigned to our party took care of everything! We didnt have to do anything because he was always thinking of what we needed before we thought of it. How are we going to get all of the gift out to the car? I turned around and there he was with a cart for us. Food and drinks just showed up. Thats how the whole experience went. Having 5 year old twins and a 4 year old makes it rare for us to not be responsible for anything and that was how the whole party felt. Kyle was great and was on top of our party the entire time we were there. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back. Thanks Kyle!

One of the worst party experience. The whole time we was there, they rushed us. Checking in was disorganized and the staff seem confused. No one could enjoy their pizza or wish the birthday boy happy birthday because the host was rushing us, he kept asking every 2-3 minutes if were done so he can take the paper plates. We basically jumped for an hour ate pizza real quick and we was out the door. We had to remind him about our party gifts because he "forgot". Worst $450 Ive ever spent. My advice, save some money and rent a bouncer and order some pizza, that way youll have the party all day without rude host looking to clear you out and rushing your party.

Ive been coming to Skyzone in Oakdale for years and at first it was great. It was a place where everyone would love to go! But recently something has changed up. The workers have a monopoly on the dodgeball games. Meaning that no matter what the team with off duty workers wins. Then they hired some big tough macho security guard who really brings down the mood. He kills everyone vibe. This is a kid place they dont need a big man standing around yelling at people.. Skyzone Oakdale needs to shape up. Before they lose the business of me and all of my friends.

Can get fairly busy at times (especially during peak birthday party-reservation season), but a fun way to burn off energy, jumping around the trampolined stations. One court for dodgeball, one for fun, one for jumping into a wide swath of foam blocks. Serves some basic foo fare (hot dogs, nachos) - but you may not want to feed the kids right before their stomachs go up and down and up. Tucked away in business park (so not immediately evident from the busy roads). Has a pokestop out front.

I love this place! I had a birthday party here and it was so fun. All of the kids had so much fun being able to run around and jump on the trampolines. Even the adults were having a blast jumping around. They even let us have some dodge balls to play dodge ball with. The kids really enjoyed that. After jumping for an hour we got to have the private room for about 45 minutes and we had pizza, soda and cake. Everyone loved it! We will be going back for sure!

TERRIBLE, NEVER GOING BACK!!!!! We arrived early to buy tickets to glow night. We get their and they asked if we order tickets online and we replied with no, we had 3 people and they said that the trampolines where at max capacity? They asked us to leave and they recommended Big Thrill Factory, which was terrible we didnt even get to door beside going somewhere else. This is the end of skyzone for us, never going back.
