Bought a birthday party package for a weeknight. Somehow they managed to send our party host home before we arrived. Finally tracked someone down to at least acknowledge we were there, but received absolutely NO assistance with the party. They brought us our food and sold us extra cards and that was it. I had to recruit parents of guests to help with the party. It was so chaotic- I wasnt able to greet guests, acknowledge gifts, etc. At least two kids no one recognized found their way into the party and used our game cards and ate our food, causing us to come up short and forcing us to keep purchasing more for our actual guests. Since I was not free to actually interact at the party, I was unable to locate and stop these children. No help with serving, cleanup, time management, nada. The website says all we had to do was show up and take pictures. Party ended up costing us twice what we were expecting to pay and then the ticket had a space for a gratuity. Im sure all the kids had a great time, especially the uninvited ones, but as the paying parent I felt steamrolled and robbed.

I have to praise the whole team at Hog Wild! They did a fantastic job with my sons 4th birthday! We had reserved a room & even though they were very busy, we were able to begin our party as scheduled! The room was very clean & organized & they had any plates,napkins etc. that we needed. We were provided with a server that took our order & helped with the party. She was great! We enjoyed a visit from Razor the friendly mascot , though the adults enjoyed more than the kids :) The pizza was delicious & they even gave my son a card with 100 tickets in it. I thought the price was very reasonable. You can select what package you want. Thank you so much to the staff for making it a wonderful day we will defiantly be having year 5 birthday at the new center as soon as it is finished!!!!

Took my 2 children and 2 nieces because my 7 y/o wanted to go for birthday. They would not allow us to sit at tables and order drinks with cupcakes we had brought in. I did not know this was their policy because we had never been before, but an employee wanted to go ask the manager if it would be ok. He came back and said no, the manager would not come talk to us which is just poor customer service on managements part. The place was filthy... bathrooms, bouncy house room, floors, and it smelled like a locker room and felt like a sauna. 1st and last time there... we will drive to little rock next time!

Do not waste your time or money trying out "Hog Wild Family Fun Center"!! I took my two young daughters here for a girls fun day and it was horrible! My kids hated the food and kids eat anything! We could have had better pizza from CiCis!!! Parking lot was trashy, the floors needed to be mopped, and the food was horrible. I dont know what kind of cheese theyre using, but they need to do something about it. My daughters pizza had a pool of grease! Games were too expensive for my kids to enjoy themselves fully. Dont waste your time - take your kids somewhere else!

Wonderful experience! My kids love going here and so we go every other Friday now. They love the bouncy castles and the games of chance. I have three kids ages 3-9 and they all experience something they love. Mini golf, bounce houses, games, they have the best time every time we go! Great family experience :) The whole place is clean, it doesnt smell like feet or dirty people. The employees are nice. Clean bathrooms, clean play areas. Cant beat it :)

I love their new location! The indoor spinning bumper cars are a blast! The games are fun. The pizza is great. Ive attended a birthday party there and taken my family there. Its great fun for all ages. My grandpa even had fun! The go-carts are fantastic! I love the track. The place was clean and the mini-golf course is great.

Cheap pizza, video games, jump houses, laser tag, bumper cars, and more. Staff was friendly. Great place to take kids. Bumper cars were good. Laser tag lacks organization and course doesnt offer enough protection and has one spot that can control the whole place. Check their website for specials.

terrible customer service and appreciation. we come here usually once a month and spend $200+ and today we were told unless we rented a $100 room, our 6yo couldnt have his $14 dollar cupcakes inside. very shady and only worried about money.

Cheap to take kids for all day jump but the other activities can make you go broke fast. Also VERY loud! But kids are guaranteed to have a blast.

Kids had a ball. The have a $5 bounce house area that can be played on all day. Lazer tag was a great for the dads.
