I hosted my sons 1st birthday. I have to say Monkey House is a nice place but please they have to hire new staff whom like children, good with customer service, presentable, and know how to handle difficult situation. All I wanted was for all my guest to have a wonderful time and to celebrate my sons 1st birthday. After the party, a lot of my family member have stated, they did not feel comfortable staying at the party because the employee were rude, not kid friendly and disrespectful. While the kids play in the play room the staff did not allow the elders to stay in the lobby room. All the children had adults to monitor them yet the children was disrespectfully regulated such as they were being to loud and have to go back into the lunch room and to stop blowing the whistles. Which, is unacceptable because they are just kids and they should be having fun be able to their toys. When my family member talked to me about their experience at Monkey House, I am speechless and I did not know what to say to my family or to the guest that attended. Over all, my guest are my family and they are an important aspect to my event. Therefore, I will not rent Monkey House for any events and if I strongly suggest anyone who is looking forward to rent Monkey House look to an other location to host your event.

I was invited to a birthday party at monkey house. As soon as we walked in, they constantly pushed us to sign waivers and go over details. Hello, I just got here, please let me say hello to the birthday boy, hang my sweater, shake some hands and put away the gifts. A few adults were in the dining area just talking and they told us to get out, said we couldnt stay in there and had to be in the play area where its very loud so we can have our conversation there - make sense to me. Said we couldnt hang out in the lobby too. And when our kids were blowing their whistles (toys/party favors) staffs told them to stop. I get the whole safety part but how does blowing whistles and conversating in lobby and dining area affect safety? Our kids were constantly told and micro managed. My experience felt much of a prison. My kids and I were excited at first but after the experience, I wouldnt rent this place.

We had a blast today at monkey house for their open play time! I brought 2 of my kiddos age 2 and 4. We were there to meet friends of similar ages. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. I thought the price was very reasonable. They were happy to accept my coupon and assured me that the food we brought in to eat was a-ok in the party room. There was a good amount of other kids with parents, but everything went smoothly. Part of that was due to the fact that a staff member walked through the play area frequently to pick up loose balls, etc and make sure all was well. It was incredibly clean from the entry way, to the party room, to the bathrooms, to even the ceilings! We cant wait to go back again with more friends in tow. Highly recommended!

This was the third time I have visited for birthday parties. First time was with my close friends who were Caucasian, we were treated very nicely and were well respected by the staff. The second time just my own family, we were ignored and the staff made us feel uncomfortable by repeatedly asking us if wed signed the waivers. Were an all Asian family. Decided to give them a 2nd chance. The third and final time was for my nephews birthday party. Once again the staff was unprofessional and guarded with our children. We would never recommend this place for anyone that we cared for, there obviously is an issue with professionalism and customer equality.

Need better staff and better customer service. The place was really nice but the customer service was really bad. I rented the place yesterday 05/06/2016 for my sons bday and I dont think I would come back again. The staff (the woman in her 60s I believe) was mean to our kids. My guest felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. Kids are kids, the staff treated our kids with no respect. Really controlling staff. Just let the kids have fun. Maybe hire a better staff that actually like kids. We actually tipped $60 for her at the end because we knew we had about 10 people extra.

My 3 kids loved it they are 1,4 and 10 we had a BLAST the staff was friendly and greeted us with a smile they even opened a little early for use because we arrived early and they saw us standing in the cold. My kids were so mad when we had to leave definitely a place id recommend to people who wants to have fun let the kids burn off energy and with a decent price also :) i even had fun playing to as an adult first time going there today but definitely will not be me and my familys last time cant wait till our next journey. THANKS FOR A FUN FILLED DAY MONKEY HOUSE

We had our daughters 4th birthday at the Monkey House and I think most of the kids had a blast!! The facilities were fun and clean. However, I am highly disappointed with the staff present during our party, not kid friendly whatsoever...my daughter actually told me she thought one of them looked "really scary" after she yelled at the kids to "stop running around"....So Monkey House, if you are catering to kids, please put a smile on your face and expect kids to act like kids. PS: I will probably never have a party there again!

Had a birthday party at monkey house and it was a horrible experience. The staff was not helpful at all, they did not do anything. The party scene was chaotic, the attendants acted clueless and there was no order. Save your money they charge to much for a few inflatables, I recommend Pump It Up at least the staff interact with the children and the facility is bigger and cleaner. This place is a rip off and the staff here is so unprofessional, the only good part of the party was the time to go home.

I take my little boys here , when their cousin comes to visit. We follow the rules and have always had an enjoyable experience. I wish their hours of operation were a little longer during the weekend. The staff has always be nice and friendly to me and my family. I noticed several people named "Vang" giving this place one star! Sad, that they are piling on with as many individual as they can find just to lower the star rating of a fun enviroment. Looking forward to our next visit. Kevin

We visited Monkey House for the first time on Thursday. I brought my grandchildren ages 5,7 and 8. This is not a place for older children. Please save your money and take them to Pump it Up or SkyZone. It says on the website for all ages which is a little misleading since my grandchildren couldnt play and get the full experience because they were constantly being reminded to slow down and watch out for the little kids. They had fun but it would have been better if they could have played freely.
