Hideously bad arcade machine maintenance. If you go here for games, expect to be treated like an annoyance when you find a machine you like that doesnt work. Im a regular here because of only one game that no place else has (Dance Dance Revolution). I have told them of defective, sticking arrows on both pads for months and they do not fix the machine. My problem is that I WANT to give them business since they have the machine, but they wont maintain it. Other poor management decisions related to Dance Dance Revolution worth mentioning: A few months back they moved the machine to a location with less foot traffic. The machine is now located right next to air hockey and skee ball. I have not been hit by these projectiles yet, but Ive had them fly past my head and in front of me on many occasions. Even before that, they disabled / turned off the subwoofers on the DDR machine. Please tell me why a music game has its speakers turned off. Its rumored from other DDR players that they turned them off because of the aforementioned noise complaints or that theyve been blown out. They fixed the noise issue by moving the machine elsewhere. If theyre blown out, this is again an example of terrible machine maintenance. In either case Craigs has further signaled that I am an annoyance when I play that game. As for other arcade game selection... Its bad for anyone over 13. They could use all the money they make on redemption games and spend it on getting cool retro arcade games but they dont. Also, they got rid of pinball. Can you even call yourself an arcade without pinball?

A solid value for casual fun! The buffet is none too shabby, with an above-average selection for a pizza buffet, including extra foods like noodles, meatballs, and potatoes. The ice cream does need a topping bar; plain soft serve is a bit bland. The attractions are entertaining, but require a good group to get the most out of it. I always do a round of go karts and mini golf, which feature well-maintained courses. The indoor track is also passable. Laser tag was a sticking point when I tried it; my blaster didnt work at all. The arcade is flashy, but not for gamers. It mostly consists of ticket redemption games, generic action games, and expensive, alternative games like mini bowling. Theyre fun in small doses, but get expensive quickly, which is discouraging. Im spoiled on Galloping Ghost in Chicago, so there isnt much for me here. The prizes, of course, cost too many tickets and are pretty cheap, but thats to be expected. Overall, Craigs Cruisers is a solid value. $15 for a buffet and 2 attractions is pretty good! Best with friends!

My wife and I decided to come here to eat lunch with a friend. It turned out to be an Awful experience. We had our dog with us. Left her in the our truck with food and water and left the truck running locked with the A/C going so she would be comfortable. They booted my wife out as saying they could not have an unattended animal on there premises? Our dog was in our vehical. In no harm to our animal or anyone. So I guess if your from out of town and you have a family pet. You need to board it or forget eating here. The wife and I left so disgusted as so did our friend. We have Alot of friends with pets that wont be giving this place business due to this behavior. I had to think. People that leave there pet all day unattended at home is that unacceptable as well? To boot our dog is a golden retriever sweet pup. Not a mean bone in her body. Good food, terrible staff. They need to realize there are alot of pet owners that will be disgusted with this treatment as we were.

I like Craigs Cruisers because it is a family-friendly place and you can take kids and adults and everyone can have fun. Theres nothing really for the babies but it would be nice if they had strollers to push babies around that would be very helpful for new parents like myself my wife. The company I work for does a big party here every summer for all the employees for multiple stores and its always a big turnout we have a lots of fun and the wristbands get us the buffet Plus as many of all the attractions as we can get in for the three-hour period that were there which is pretty good deal not sure how much it cost if I wasnt at my company function but I believe about $25 or so. Otherwise it is a very fun place to go because they have outdoor go-karts indoor slick track go karts Kitty Cards and or subtract bumper boats outside bumper cars for kids inside Putt-Putt golfing and laser tag and ropes course and a pretty decent arcade. And the buffet is pretty good too.

After reading the first review by Quickplaya (with a low rating), I wanted to post one to make some corrections on their behalf. The Clyde Park location does have bumper boats, and theyre quite fun! The Holland location has the same pricing for rides as the Clyde Park location, and in comparison to other parks Ive been to, the prices are right on. Also, the Clyde park location has much more to do indoors, but outdoors has basically the same things as the Holland location other than batting cages. I think Clyde Park has two golf courses though, so it balances out I guess. I would imagine the person who wrote that review is either just bitter in nature, or a little ignorant as to the effect writing inaccurate and negative reviews can have. To be honest, Ive been to both locations many times and have had nothing but great experiences. Staff has always been friendly as well! I recommend for anyone looking for a fun time!

Weve been coming here for over 2 years with our kids and various church activities. When ever I brought my 1-2 year old I had to pay for the buffet for them. In March I was here with my 2 year old and the lady strictly told me no all pay no matter age. So I had to pay for him to eat a slice of pizza. After talking with a friend she said no under 36in is free and she had to have an agrument with a cashier before also. So today I brought it up with the cashier and my just 3 year old today is at 36 1/2 in I get charged for him to eat a slice of pizza. And dropping over $110! And the card that we wrote that we had 2 attractions on from March is now gone. Seriously. How can it just disappear. Make sure you use all of tickets and attractions. Because they wont be there next time you come.

We came to rid the go karts, which lack in the "go" area. Its about the only place in the area to hit a decent length track, but since they pack so many people on the course at a time you constantly have stop while they correct those that were spun out. It would be much more enjoyable if they limited the number of carts, or even did a kids only and teens / adults only. They tend to let out the two driver cars (parents w/ a kid) first, and then let out the faster drivers behind them. This creates the problems of spinning out with the faster drivers trying to pass the two driver cars. If they would let the two driver cars out last it could prevent a lot of the spin outs and make for a better overall experience.
