My family and I have season passes and we are there every other day no joke. This is our 2nd yr going. We make our children abide by the rules. Well that doesnt matter because they embarrassed us today by calling my husband out for doing literally nothing. He has been taking our 2 yr old out deep during the waves every time we go out 2 yr old loves it he grabs dads shirt and will push himself down in the water. At 2 he can swim the lifeguard and her rude self made a complaint and said another customer did it. Prior to that we had an issue about where we sat to eat, we have 8 kids so we bring food for them we were asked to moved because the area we were at was for the little food court ok we understood that things change but when we moved to area we were told to move, we had just got their food out and they rushed up so they could close the umbrella. Seriously so now I cant feed my kids. $240 for our season passes maybe isnt a lot for some people but it is for me, yet we just wanted to have fun which is the whole point of the place. But thats not allowed. Then they hire lifeguards who cant pick up a brick. This guy was drowning and another customer was telling the female lifeguard and shes up there to busy posing the make guard wasnt even strong enough to pick the guy up so finally she jumps in, 2 lifeguards when the guy drowning barely weighed 125. The place is a rip off. Very unhappy.

We had our 8 year old little girls birthday party here back in May of 2017. We all had a wonderful time. We were well taken care of by the staff here and provided excellent service with big smiles! When arriving, we were well informed on how the party would unfold and guided to our party table which was decorated very nice with a personalized balloon tied to the end with our daughters name on it. We were able to set the time for the cutting of the cake and ice cream and when that time arrived, a staff member announced over the intercom for all guests attending our party to please come to eating area for birthday cake which cut out "us parents" having to run all over the park and round up 9 little girls and boys. They did the clean up afterwards and even provided a cart to be able to load up with all gifts, accessories, and etc. To wheel to our vehicle to unload. We had a great time and highly recommend any type of big group parties here or just hanging out for the day by the pool.

I brought my children here (twin 2yr old boys) and they had a great time in the toddler area. However, it was very jam packed. I must say, I give this business a one star because one of my children went down a slide (where a "lifeguard" was posted) and when he came down the slide she just watched him begin to drown. I came from behind her to get him out of the water. I then went to speak to the manager about the incident and she claimed I should have been within arms reach of a child their age. So apparently, the purpose of a lifeguard is to pick and choose who they want to save. Regardless of where or what went wrong with the parent, a lifeguard is there to keep EVERYONE safe. Given that they express this business to be family oriented, I felt very disrespected and appalled by the managers careless response to how my son almost drowned on her watch.

Not family friendly!!! Dont go!!! The teenager, Savannah, attending the Tadpole Hole was repeatably rude to my 3 year old child and discouraged her from coming down the tiny toddler slide. In contrast, she was very friendly to some other children that were also hesitant to come down the slide. It seemed as if she simply didnt like my little girl. It was our first and last time there. I watched her discourage my child 3 times before I stepped in and gave her a reality check. Then I told the teen manager who was kind about the issue, but I left really unsatisfied with the whole experience and vowed to actually get online and share my opinion. The park also is incredibly small and overcrowded.

Very good, the wave pool is a great place for swimming and drown proofing yourself, it is also very large, the Great White is a great ride and the slides have no wait and are smooth. The employees are nice and will surely call you out if you run (employees that force obedience of rules are the best employees). There is food, changing rooms, high quality showers for when you get out of the pool and decide to wash off the chlorine, and lockers to ensure your belongings are not stolen. However, most females wear bikinis, meaning that the park is not very family friendly.

Pretty fun, I take my 2 year old here a lot during the summer to beat the heat. I like the kiddie pool area but its small and gets crowded. I would love for them to expand it there is a huge grassy area next to the pool they could add a second pool for the little ones. Also, they NEED to add a lazy river. It would be great to have something relaxing and partly shaded to float along instead of all the full sun pools and slides.

Its not a bad place to beat the heat but they have to do something about the overcrowded pool. Im not sure why they refuse to put a lazy river in. It would relieve some of the congestion in the pool and make it more relaxing for everyone. I bought a season pass this year but I think Ill just get one for shipwreck island next year. It has much more to do and its only $10 more than the season pass to waterworld.

To the people who feel like $12 is to expensive for a WATER PARK, you obviously havent taken your children anywhere except a city park! Stay your broke ass at home because the people who work here go out of their way to please you and your ungrateful kids only for you to get on here giving bad reviews because this isnt a free park! Grow up and stay in your lane....the one that reads F-R-E-E everything!

Dont waste your money. One ride out of commission and the great white ride only had 1 tube. The only other things they had open were the wave pool and the kiddie pool. It was a waste of time and money! Not worth the trip and definitely not worth the money! I recommend saving a little more money and going to wild adventures or shipwreck island! At least the other parks maintain their rides!

They made my 5 and 10 year olds get out of the bathroom so they couldnt change from wet to dry clothes that is totally bs I mean they was gonna change and they told them they had to go what if their wife or mom started to have a baby and they told her she had to leave come on people let the kids our kids and your kids change out of their wet clothes how hard will it be to let them do that

Its pretty decent. The price is steep just for 3 different types of attraction +kiddie pool. Considering there arent many Waterparks in the area I guess its worth it. The kids enjoyed their time. They have grills and and picnic tables and you can bring your own food to grill and eat. Coolers are allowed My 4 and 8 year old had a good time.
