I attended a wedding reception here for a friend. The waitstaff was very negligent, cutting the cake took forever, our water glasses sat empty for HOURS, when we asked the banquet manager to refill (a tall blonde lady in glasses), she took ten minutes and sent some girl with a pichter of water so we could do our own refulls (and mind you this pitcher had to be passed between a 10-seater round table). The ladies bathroom was running low on TP, and even the mother of the groom was griping about how slow the service was. The service was spread out all over the hall, making it very awkward. Basically whoever was in charge of service has no experience or skills. If I was closer to the friend who had the reception I would have told them directly that it was a very poor venue for anything at all formal or friendly. Maybe some concert would be fine. Who else is writing these reviews? You have to be aware that this is a cultural center and there is a tight social network around it; Im obviously writing an independent review. I believe the only reason my friend had his reception here was that it was one of few that wasnt booked on such short notice.

This place is great and I will continue to recommend it to friends and family. Ive attended weddings and other services here many times. Im not sure what others are talking about but the service and food are wonderful. The manager, Greg, is very accommodating and helpful. To the reviewer who was complaining about not having water "for hours", there are two or three bars that you could have walked up to to get a glass of water if you were that thirsty, but I highly doubt it took hours. And to say that cutting the cake took way too long? Perhaps the fault was on the hosts planning rather than the centers waitstaff. Were you honestly in that much of a hurry to get your cake? Bottomline: If you are someone looking to have an event hosted at this place, I would highly recommend it. In the end, its all about being in a nice environment with friends and family that you love. Highly recommended!

My family has had many events through MCC. And every time the service and staff has been wonderful. Dinner is presented in a timely manner and our waitstaff always attended to any extra needs. The exterior is incredibly misleading, for inside you will find a gorgeous space that feels warm and inviting. I have recommended this location to many friends and I will continue to do so.

I attened a few events here and I have to say it was one of the best banquite experiences I have ever had. The staff was very formal, friendly, polite and very helpful, the food was excellent, and the facility itself was beautiful and very clean. I have already recommended this place to a few family members. I definitely give them thumbs up!

The food is absolutely AMAZING! Im going to be having my wedding reception here, and both Anna and the chef are wonderful to work with. Theyre such a blessing, and the food is exquisite! When I had the food tasting, myself and my maid of honor that I went with, were both delighted with the food. She was in a food coma because it was so good.
