This beautiful venue offers excellent acoustics in a classic concert hall. It really deserves 5 stars for the facility and 2 stars for the management. During the Gregory Porter concert (on January 29, 2017), members of the audience who entered late (as late as 56 minutes after the start of the concert) were not held back. They were allowed by the ushers to congregate and banter loudly in the aisles. There was much commotion, making it difficult to enjoy the music. Why cant the Music Hall deny seating until intermission for late arriving members of the audience? The lack of decent guest management is truly detrimental, and will prevent me from attending concerts here in the future.

I love this place! They have multiple shows every night and the staff is all super friendly. Tickets are cheap and the shows are usually really great. This is a great thing to do if youre visiting or if you live here! I love UCB - banerang rocks and on Thursdays at UCB Sunset "Magic To Do" is great. The staff is super friendly and the environment is so fun. Super cheat - most shows are $5. Get there early though because its all general seating and it fills up quick.

A pretty cool historic theater showing amazing performances at prices you cannot beat! Ive been here for the Arab National Orchestra and the Complexions Contemporary Ballet, and had an exciting experience both times. The sound quality is good, the seats are plush and comfy, the décor is classic with lots of red velvet and silk drapes. Parking is pretty affordable at $5 if you dont mind walking a city block. Their motto is spot on: Practice your cool.

The venue is great. The show was great. Please do a better job of training the ushers. We were misdirected twice by the same usher who then became argumentative.

Great atmosphere with great elegant walls and ceiling. Lot of seating and there is a bar right when you walk in! Bathrooms are run down.
