I went here to view the location. I spoke with one person through email and they were so nice and when I called the person on the phone was an also very nice. When I arrived for my appointment. No one greeted me. My fiance and I waited for about 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. When we were finally acknowledge it was a lady(that we watched sit at her desk and glare at us every few moments while we waited) and she was the wife of the owner. She seemed annoyed but asked us are you waiting for something. I said yes i spoke with you one the phone and she looked shocked....she rolled her eyes and told us to follow her. We went into her office and she immediately asked us if we were ready to put down a 500 dollar deposit. we told her that we made the appointment to view the location. She rolls her eyes again gets up and tells us to follow her. She refuses to cut on any of the lights so we can see the ballroom and the ballroom is extremely dirty from the night before. She tells us that we can go upstairs on our own but she isnt going....some service I tell ya! When we finished looking at everything we werent too impressed. We had really high hopes and expectations and they were totally ruined. We asked to speak to a manager not knowing it was her husband and he defended her saying that maybe she was having a bad day. I told him that even if she is....she is selling a venue to a potential couple. Her mood should not affect us in a negative way...We want to get married not a divorce. He then said that she is my wife and Im sure it was not so bad. We told him thank you and left. From looking at the website and pictures this location was everything I wanted but the nasty couple that run the place officially lost our business! I will have my wedding under a rock before I choose this place. Brides and grooms steer clear of these rude people. they are sure to ruin your big day if they are having a bad day according to the manager!

If youre looking to have a plesant experience when looking for a wedding venue, do not come here! My fiance and I came in for an appointment to view this place. Id had my heart set on it for months.. but HATED the service. The outside is nicely landscaped and the inside does have a spiral staircase that would be nice for photos but thats it. Its open, empty and there are plenty of other places around the area that are floor to ceiling goregous! Aside from that the service we recieved was abysmal. When we first walked in there were people everywhere, but no one greeted us. We had to walk awkwardly into the office and tell the lady we had an appointment, she of course was completely surprised and showed us the room that we would have. It was OKAY. It was a very LONG room but rather small width ways. If youre okay with having a hallway for a venue this would be the room for you. Following that she proceeds to hand us a pamphlet with a few blanks filled in with prices and sends us on our merry way. Doesnt explain anything regarding the food, extras, what they offer. Nothing. Just gives us the price and tells us we can leave now. We were disgusted at the service and the love for it was crushed. DO NOT BE SWAYED BY THE PRICES. Everything costs extra. It is not what is seems. If youre okay with being treated like crap because you want pretty pictures than this is the place for you!

My wife and I had our wedding there. The manager and staff were extremely helpful during the process. The place was really clean and the food was amazing. Will definitely use the venue for future functions. Thanks San Marino for making our wedding memorable!

Exceptional food, great customer service! They are always there so you can stop by anytime. They always answer the phones. Manager is very nice to work with and very professional. Very accommodating for special needs or requests. Awesome food!

The worst hall I have ever been to. The food is NASTYYYY SOUP SALAD CHICKEN STEAK . I Dont know how someone can own this hall and dont know how to have a good food. If you care about food dont embarrasse your sellf. Go somewhere else.

Our latest visit to the San Marino Club in Troy was for a wedding and reception. Everything came off without a hitch. The food was excellent and the service was efficient.

Top notch venue. Had our holiday party there. The staff were helpfull, flexible, and delivered an amazing event. The dessert table is a must!
