My sister had her wedding reception here tonight. Overall it was a good experience. The food was okay but not great. We paid for a full service bar. I will be filing a complaint about the bar tender. A few people, along with myself, came to have a good time and have drinks. There was little or no alcohol in the mixed drinks. Mind you, my family even brought alcohol to contribute. I watched the guy make me a cranberry and vodka and not put any alcohol in it. I WAS A BRIDES MAID AND AM 23 YEARS OLD. Instead of asking me for an ID he used his own judgement. I only had one drink that had alcohol in it, and my uncle got it for me. My aunt said she had four drinks and felt nothing. Sorry but when you go to a wedding its fun to have a few drinks and dance. Instead I was tired from having wine before te reception and just wanted to go home before our time was up. Like thanks dude. The one time I wanna drink and have a ride home. I am actually pissed because my dad paid a lot of money for all of this.

We had our sons rehearsal dinner at Shelby Gardens the end of July, 2017. What a wonderful experience! From the set up in the beginning to the day of the rehearsal, the staff and sales office were top notch, we were even able to customize the buffet menu to accommodate our taste. The food was delicious ( we hadnt tasted the food before since we live out of state,) the venue was very clean and updated, and the wait staff were always there to help. There is also a beautiful garden in the front of the hall to take amazing pictures. We first chose SG because of their website and we were not disappointed!! Thank-you Trisha and Michelle!!

The woman in charge of booking events didnt even know we had an appointment. She showed us a very used basement that would hold our Wedding and another party at the same time. She didnt offer any other room solutions on a different date. She answered the phone in the middle of our tour. Overall Im extremely disappointed with this place. Their customer service is awful and the room they offered was a rundown basement.

Was here last weekend for a reception. Great place! Great food! Very clean and staff was attentive. Everythings being updated. Management said their new elevator will be completed in the next week which will be very helpful. I will definitely be calling to book future events! Highly recommend!

Place was better before when it was club Monte Carlo. Seems the new management/owners are more for making a buck. The bartender made weak drinks all night, even though I have him a 20 in the beginning of the night.. I would go elsewhere for your get togethers....

My son and daughter-in-law just got married and had their reception here. Fantastic venue! Renovations are beautiful. Food was fantastic and the servers were wonderful! Would recommend to everyone!!

Really pretty venue. Wedding went off without a hitch and the reception that followed, the food was really good. Staff was pleasant, polite and fast.
