I just got married here and everything was so perfect! I would give this place more than 5/5 stars if I could! I was kind of worried at first because the day of the wedding the front pond was half empty and being worked on with a backhoe (not something you want your guests to see when they first pull up for an outdoor wedding), BUT somehow, after I called Kelly, when the wedding started the pond was full(which I dont know how you can fill a 50 foot round pond in 4 hours), the fountains were working, and there was no evidence of a backhoe. I was really impressed! The country club looked beautiful!! Plus the food was great, the service was spectacular, and my wedding day was flawless. I had no complains from guests and no problems to speak of!

I have been to the Lapeer Country Club numerous times., and every time I have been there I have had excellent service. Kelly Nelson the Event Coordinator is great person, conscientious, dedicated and very professional. The food is great, the service prompt and efficient. and while I am not a golfer I have many friends who golf there and tell me it is an excellent golf course. I would highly recommend the Lapeer Country Club for your golf, banquet and even lunch/dinner events.

Carrie and I were married here last weekend and I can honestly say that between the beautiful venue, the great food, and how wonderful Kelly was to work with I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. The fall colors were perfect and the view of the lake was great. The staff was equally amazing. Came here for a wedding shower. Setting was very nice. The meal was Caesar salad with fruit and breadsticks. The salad and chicken served on the side was good, but for the dead fly in my salad. Gross. The grilled chicken was delicious, though. The breadsticks were disappointing for a country club.

Very difficult course for me. Every hole has a hidden water hazard or sand traps, extreme grade changes, or just lots of trees. Overall, very good course thats maintained well. I dont know the regular price off the top of my head, but I paid less than $30 on Golfnow.

For the money you cant beat this course. The course is very challenging and is very well kept up. The pace of play is fairly fast and the drink and food prices are very reasonable.

Course in great shape Two days a week has $25 special of 18 holes with cart plus a hot dog and brew.
