If I could give this banquet hall a negative amount of stars I would. I recently had my baby shower at this banquet hall. I had to call and call the owner Rena Davis multiple times before she would call me back. That should have been the first sign for me to run away from this place. We never signed a contract. Everything I had from her was written on receipt paper. I booked the out by 5pm venue, which meant we had to be out by five. The day of my event I told Mrs. Davis my baby shower would be over at 4pm. She said ok you just have to be out by 5. Even though I told her my event would be over at 4 it lasted until 4:30. In my mind I was doing well on time because she said out by 5 right. WRONG. At 4:15 while my event was still going on she had people coming in and setting up chair covers for her next event. I told her my event was not over and I had until 5 to leave the building. Her response to me was "You told me your event was going to be over at 4." She said that and walked away. Yes I told her my event was going to be over at 4 but I was under the assumption we had until 5 to be off the property. I felt like I had to rush my shower because the people coming in were not going to leave. When I tried to talk to her again she rudely walked away. I would not suggest anybody use this hall unless you want to hunt her down and have your event ruined.

We had booked the hall for a sweet sixteen event. We let them know we had a lot of set up and will need time to do all the decorations, her husband said no problem we can come in early to do that but as soon as he walked away she said we could not and dont listen to him she runs the hall. At that time I told my daughter to find another venue. Her attitude is so bad I went the next day and found another hall my daughter like it so we call to cancel and adk for our deposit back and she refused saying she loss out on booking the hall It was 3 days later when my daughter called, she just said forget because she knew it would be a fight to get it returned. Run from this hall the customer service dont exist
