If I could id give no stars, sadly. I called to inquire about event space because they were highly referred by a friend of mine. I was looking to need the space in a few months and I was pricing different spaces for my event. The lady who answered the phone was rude. She barely wanted to answer my questions. Then when I finally got the price out of her she tells me $2500 with such a terrible attitude like I couldnt afford the space. I actually can and was really looking forward to get some information about this place. Im highly disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Carol an Kalli were so much help when planning our wedding reception. Im sure I bugged Carol with my almost weekly calls, but she was always pleasant and understanding. The tasting was so much fun, great food, gifts, photo booth and vendors. From the detail that they put into the tasting, I knew our reception was going to be awesome and it was. All of our guests raved over how good the food tasted and the bar service was great. I was so pleased with the staff and service. Wonderful experience

I attended a wedding in the Mystic Ballroom two weekends ago. I really enjoyed the experience and the staff was helpful. But, I feel the carpeting in the mystic should be the same as the lobby and grand ballroom. New carpeting would really make a huge elegant difference for future events especially weddings. The existing carpet looks very outdated and significantly used. Just an idea! 4 stars the way it is, 5 if it is updated!

Carol and the staff did an outstanding job in making my parents 50th Anniversary a memorable event for our friends and family.
