Will NEVER rent or recommend this place to ANYONE!!! The manager is rude and disrespectful!! We rented the Lincoln room for a surprise birthday party. We seen the room the Friday before to see the set up, the doors all worked fine. Another event was held Saturday evening, our was Sunday early afternoon. Upon our arriving to the hall the room I noticed the door we was using wasnt closing right. Well being the maintenance man had been in there the same morning and left after we came in, I thought (stupid me) that he had realized there wasnt something right. Guess not. Before the guest of honor arrived the door spring at the top had popped off the door. He came back in to see how everything was going and if we needed anything at which time he noticed the door. He locked it and unlocked the conjoining door. In which we ALSO had problems with. The keys was left with him when we left, and when asked about the door, I told him I was not in the room and did not know how it happened. The next morning at 9:30am I got a phone call from the manager at which time he found it necessary to yell at me about the door. And continued to tell me the doors cost $3,000 and was just put in, in September. I repeatable told him I was sorry it happened and that we had problems with it. He didnt listen. He wanted me to drive there so I could look at the door and we could talk about the cost of it getting fixed. I told him I had to work until blah blah time and he said he would see me then. I hung up and called my fierce( he was at the event and there when I arrived) who told me we (together) would go up there after work. He was pretty ticked off, didnt help I was crying. I also talked to my mom (also there) who said I should talk to other people that was there. I emailed the manager to tell him I would come up after 4:30pm. He told me he would be gone at 3pm. He emailed me back and told me my name was on the rental I was responsible for any damage/repairs. After talking to an eye witness we found out that someone simply opened the door, and that the doors are only vainer covered wood. And the screw was not in all the way wood. So this guy wants me to pay for something that wasnt even our fault but the person who put the door spring in. We will be going to the hall in the morning to settle this. Mind you I NEVER signed ANYTHING!! NEVER got a paper saying that is there was damage I would have to pay for it. But I DID get treated like crap! I have informed the guest of honor and several other people of this. In which they all agree he had NO business to talk to me or anyone the way he did. Well because of this rude man I WILL NEVER NEVER go to this building again!! Nor will ANY of the 45 people that where there and will hear about this. I would have to say overall it was a waste of money!!

Flea market there on sunday is a waste of time. Vendors have same stuff every week. Rents way to high. And they will not quaperate with you for vendor spaces. Rudest and most expensive flea market ive been tooo. Rent is $25 a small space outside after september.
