This place is a hidden gem. If you are planning an event and want an open, unique, fun atmosphere, innovative and delicious food, and a wonderful, attentive, personable staff, the Great Lakes Culinary Center is the answer. I recently had my birthday party here and from the early stages of planning, to the night of the event, the Event Coordinator, Erika Miller, and Executive Chef, Reva Constantine, made sure I, along with my guests, would have a wonderful experience. In fact, my family and friends are still raving about this place -- from the overall decor, food, bar, to the servers and bartenders, who were all pleasant and efficient. If you are looking for a fantastic venue for an event, you will not go wrong here. The menu selection is superb, the food stations are such a wonderful, innovative idea and the price is right. They obviously take pride in doing things right and providing excellent customer service.

This is a very classy place run by a 3rd generation family member with an eye for detail. They seem to host very cool events regularly; wine tasting, cooking classes etc.

Just a wonderful place for an event. Very industrial look but can be jazzed up to to bottom. Great food and the staff was on it, tended to our every need.
