This place is hit or miss. I had my sons Bday party here last year and his friends seemed to like it well enough so we had it again this year. But as a parent, there were a number of things to complain about. First and foremost was the fact that the "Birthday Room" we rented for an hour was hot! It has some worn down A/C unit hanging out the window and it was blowing air from outside that was lukewarm. So we were all sweating and couldnt wait to get out of there. The cake was an ice cream cake and it started melting really quickly within a few minutes so we were rushing. Secondly, my step father later told me of a bad experience he had with a girl at the counter. He gave my daughter a $20 bill to buy two small drinks and an ice cream. She came back with $2 in change. He rarely ever complains but knew something was wrong so he asked the teenager at the counter if he could see a receipt. She said there was no receipt. He then asked her why two drinks and an ice cream cost $18. She said she charged for two giant drinks that come in a take home plastic cup with free refills. He then said, but they didnt get those cups. They got two small paper cups with sodas. She then said "Oh Im sorry let me get those cups for you then." He said no "I dont want those cups and my granddaughter didnt ask for them anyway." He then asked to speak to a manager, at which point some teenage kid from the other counter came over and refunded him $14. Apparently this girl thought she could steal from an eleven year old girl who wouldnt know how much the drinks really cost.

Meh. Really kind of let down from coming here over the weekend. First, they dont take digital tickets. Whats the point of having digital tickets, with a barcode, order number, etc., and not accepting them on a phone? Printing and delivering tickets completely misses the point of digital tickets, especially after paying $3 for convenience. LOL Second; the go karts. My significant other is literally 1 inch taller from being allowed to drive (54"). She has extreme driving paranoia, and therefore wanted to ride with me. Despite both of us being adults, our combined weight being under the limit, and her being smaller than the actual kids that were riding in family cars, we were denied being allowed to ride in a family car. It would be no different if she was my child and the same size, but the mere fact that shes not, it ruined the second half of our day. It is the smallest amounts of effort that lead to good customer service and create repeat customers. Hopefully the MGMT heeds this comment.

I hadnt been to Mountasia for over a decade. Its obvious that the years have taken a toll. This place isnt six-flags or white water by any stretch. Its a small place with some fun activities. I took a friend there recently, were both in our mid-20s and to us it was a blast! If I were a parent, perhaps I would balk at the lack of attentive staff, or the price of things, or the conditions, but honestly, if you go there wanting to have a good time, youll have a good time. My friend and I arrived in the middle of the day, right as the center opened on a week-day. For a mere $22.00 we had mini-golf, go-karts and the arcade to ourselves.... and we took full advantage of that! No one cared what we did, said or got into.. we just had fun. Some reviews have pointed out the obvious flaws, but again, if you go there wanting to have fun, youll have a blast!

Horrible! Rude employees and dirty. I took my son and 3 of his friends there for his birthday. One of my sons friends were told they could not ride the go-karts anymore that day because when the ride was ending he accidentally bumped into someone. Instead of a warning, he was banned! That was uncalled for and not fair. Also, they would not give any refunds for the other 5 tickets I had purchased for him. I will never go there again. I understand they have rules but that was ridiculous! I sat and watched every time my son rode and everytime someone would accidentally bump into someone. I even saw some kids and adults purposely bump into each other and nothing was done about it. Again horrible, dont get jipped like we did!

If there was a half a star I would still insist on less! VERY DIRTY AND NASTY BATHROOMS. This place seems to be owned by someone from a 3rd world country that just doesnt care as long as a profitable check is sent each week. I will make a bet; Now that the new go cart place is opening in Marietta, lets see how long it will take for someone to care and CLEAN UP, and respect each person that comes through the door and spend their hard earned money. We call it customer service and customer appreciation which just like here is Gone in our country; Publix and Chix Filet is the only 2 places I know that have both most of the time. SHAME.

This place is not well taken care of outside on the put-put course and around the go-karts. We were there a week ago and my 4 year old son grabbed a leaf from a plant that was leaning on the path from the fence. My husband instantly knew that it was poison ivy, so we rushed our little one to the bathroom and then filed an "incident report." A week later my my son has blisters under his eyes all on his face and now I myself have it on my legs and chest. I finally got a hold of one of the "managers" after calling two days straight and he gave me the number to the corporate office and the "office manager" lady was in fact not helpful either.

Okay so you know those bumper boats that are in that pond???? well the person who worked there didnt like me so he jumped in the pond got in his bumper boat and hit me !!!!! he hit me so hardddd !!!!!! it knocked me out of my bumper boat. I was drownin.... drownin in the water!!!!! And NO ONE. NO ONE came to help me! i had to swim all the way over to the side where you get out and climb out! AND THE WORST PART WAS I CANT SWIM! so i kinda had to doggie -peddle. which we both know is superr tiringgg! I will NEVERRR EVERRR go to MOUNTASIA again!!!!! DO YOU HEAR ME! NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR [:

Prices are great everything is great except a couple of things. The Go Kart Refs are wayyyyyyyyyyy way way to strict and will send you off without a refund if you simply bump into someone lightly or a wall. This is absurd and when It happened to me it was my last race of the night, if it wasnt I would have been furious. Also The concession people act like they are doing you a favor by doing there job, they barely are alive. Other then that the place is completely great. Just PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix your rules on the Go kart track, it does not need to be that strict
