This was our first time visiting and it was ok, much smaller than I expected but was not crowded. Nothing put this place over the top or made me think I would prefer this to anywhere else. The staff didnt go out of their way to be nice. They mainly looked annoyed to be there and most were on cell phones throughout the visit. The person at the counter was very uninterested and unhelpful although we mentioned it was our first time there. He even picked up his cell phone and was doing whatever on it while we were asking questions and paying. The "Lion’s Den" area was reserved for a birthday party but there were no reserved signs or indication so we initially set our stuff down at one of the tables. A staff member told us the area was reserved and we would have to move. The Play structure was a typical structure - again, nothing over the top. A couple slides, some tunnels, etc. Games were stingy with tickets, more so than say, a Chuck E Cheese. The one our little guy was pretty successful with (won 150 tickets) was the Toy Taxi game. Basically its a crane game with bundled rolls of tickets inside. The "prices" for the prizes were high, and again, compared to Chuck E Cheese. The pizza was ok. I see in another review from 2013 there is a picture of quite a nice looking pizza. Safari Playground also has a good-looking pepperoni pizza on their menu page... both are misleading. The pizza we received had pepperoni about the size of dimes and they were curled and a little crispy. They have a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine and free refills. Slurpee is also free refills. The place is not secure. We walked through a double set of glass doors and through a small, unlocked 1/2 gate. There was no greeter or "kid checker". Some good points: The Safari wings were very good. The main area was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and there were several hand sanitizing stations. Honestly, do not think we will visit again. For the drive, we will head the other way to Rochester and visit Chuck E Cheese next time.

This place is incredibly clean, the food is good, and the staff is friendly. The obvious comparison would be to Chuck E Cheese, but this place definitely seems less corporate, and it has a more welcoming environment. The similarities are that there is an arcade section which awards tickets like many other arcades, and there is also a very large indoor play structure. A family can can purchase tokens, purchase admission into the play structure ($7, I think), eat, or purchase a package which gives you all of the above. Weve been here twice, and both times, the same gentleman was working. The last time, we went early in the morning and he was still cleaning the play structure. He gave my son about 25 extra tokens (in addition to what we had already purchased) because the play structure wasnt ready. I found this to be extremely generous as we would have gladly played in the arcade for another 10 minutes while he CLEANED the structure. He also gave us a few extra tokens because he noticed my son was putting too many in some of the machines (I hadnt even noticed). Im not sure this would have ever happened at a larger place. Overall, weve had great experiences here, and I cannot stress enough how CLEAN and friendly it is.

I loved taking my kids there when they were still in Holly Mi and there place in Walled Lake is even bigger and offers more to do. I am disappointed the didnt incorporate the toddler play structure at the new location. It makes my visits limited to there non busy hours since I still have a very little one who would get trampled on by bigger kids. One thing I didnt care for last time I was there where the private school moms. They were snooty and seemed to take over the whole back room. They moved my kids shoes and coats along with our whole table so that they could re-arrange the chairs in a semi circle so they could do their own "thing". They didnt pay attention to their kids, and the kids were rude to mine. The other parents and grandparents that were there before them were all very lovely though. Monitored there little ones like a responsible parent should do. My recommendation if you have very small children is to go early in the day when its not as busy.

Great place for the 4+ age range. Its about half arcade games and half play land designed for bigger kids. Im definitely glad we didnt bring our 2 year old along because he would have spent the entire time chasing after the big kids and getting frustrated because he couldnt navigate the play land. We were there for a 5 year olds birthday party and it was a great set up. Pizza, drinks, and cake for the kids plus free range for a bunch of hyper boys to run around. What I liked most about the staff was that when I called a few days before the party to check ingredients and cooking procedures for my sons severe food allergies they were knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable about having my son eat there. Id go back again in a heartbeat and my son is already talking about wanting to have his birthday party there.

This playspace/arcade gets 5 stars across the board. I first discovered them a year ago and have since booked bday partys and 2 camp field trips with them. I was initially impressed with the safety and cleanliness. The play structures are new, clean, well padded, and super fun. The arcade is great and the games are modern and generous with tickets in comparison to other arcades Ive been to. I also really loved the added safety feature at the entryway. There is a double door and then an additional gated entryway so children cannot escape! We were so excited when they added a two story laser tag arena this year. We took 100 kids there and they had a blast. The manager made sure they were fully staffed for us and the pizza was fresh and hot. Its not always easy to accommodate such a large group but they did a fantastic job and the kids were so happy.

Have been there with my 1 year old a hndful of times. Each time we have went, it was incredibly busy. The only thing I wish is that there would be a worker there supervising the play area. So many times where I have had to tell other children to wait their turn for the slides, tell them to go around and not up the slides and the big huge bouncing balls were up in the play structure and kids were rolling them down where kids were trying to climb up. I just feel like there needs to be someone who is supervising and reminding kids of rules because the parents of the kids dont seem to care. I almost dont want to come back because my daughter gets hurt by the other kids being out of control. And i understand the structure is made for bigger kids but a 1 year old should be able to enjoy the fun too.

Went for a party we bought more tokens for kid after party was over couple of us stayed but moved since they had other parties so we asked if certain tables were ok to seat in and was told yes. As kids were playing we were told by a rude man that worked there we need to move our stuff to a small area even though. We had more ppl with us out spending money and he told us we take tables its for the general public. I must not of gotten the memo that i wasnt a person or someone spending money. On top of that talking to other customers about us as im sitting there saying they should of been gone. I will never go there again. On top of that they had what looked like a 7 year old working behind counter.
