First off this place is not easy to find. It is in the office building across the street from the other escape room place. And its easy to miss as there are no signs, anywhere, telling you where it is. Once inside, they take their name a little to literal. You get locked into a small white room with only the puzzles, and related parts, that you need to solve. The puzzles were a good challenge, and we all had fun solving them. However, it lacked a story line and reason for being there. There was a theme that all the puzzles were based on, but that was it. There was nothing linking the puzzles together, or to any kind of story for why we needed to get out other than the reason given at the begging. It was fun, but it felt a little cheap. Something as simple as some decorations in the room, and some form of a cohesive story linking the puzzles would make this 10x better.

Unfortunately, this did not meet my expectations. Although the puzzles were clever, the room itself wasnt special in any way. The walls werent painted. The clues on the walls were printed on office copy paper and were curling so badly you almost couldnt read them. I felt as if I could have set up something of the same caliber by doing a bit of internet searching and spending about $30 at the local craft store. My first experience in an escape room was Enigma in L.A. and it was almost like experiencing a game like Myst in real life! It was magical! This was not. Unless you get and EXTRAORDINARY deal on a reservation, I wouldnt recommend it. More than likely, I will not be back again.

The puzzles were individually well designed, however the room itself was quite poorly conceived. There were no intuitive queues to move the players along, and therefore it is nearly impossible to complete the room in the time limit. Even the people who run the room admit to that, and make up for the poor design by interjecting hints throughout the time. Additionally, the physical production value is quite cheap--it felt like the whole thing couldve been built out for a couple hundred dollars at a thrift store. There are other escape rooms around; go to a different one.

Great experience with The Crash room! Weve done many escape rooms and this one was very fun! The puzzles and clues were different than a lot Ive seen before! Its a little hard to find but its worth it! Very friendly staff we chatted with for a while before and after. Apparently the previous room was more difficult and generated some negative reviews, so give them another shot!

First time experiencing an escape room and it was awesome!! The puzzles definitely made you think but the fact that we could ask for hints whenever we were stuck was very helpful!! I highly recommend this escape room to anyone who wants to enjoy great service and creative fun!!

Ive done a lot of escape rooms and this one ranks up at the top of the list. Lots of unique puzzles, clues, and locks. The location is a bit odd and not the easiest to find, but its worth the little but of extra work. They only have one room, but its great!

Just completed this escape room earlier today and had a real blast! The puzzles were well thought out and the theme was a lot of fun. It really puts your mind to the test and makes you think...about everything. I would definitely go again!

Decided to take a few of my friends out for a fun activity. This was all our first time ever trying a lock room game. It was definitely challenging and entertaining.

Storyline and puzzles are well thought out and challenging. A difficult room, but it is possible to complete within the time limit!

One room, 10ft x 15ft tops. Felt like i was trying to escape a college dorm room.
