Absolutely love this park! The playset area is awesome: it has several different playsets intended for kids of different ages/sizes, they keep everything very well maintained (they even recently improved the drainage system beneath the swing sets to prevent mud and flooding after rain), and most of the sets are shaded to help prevent sunburn, etc in the summer. The animal barns are wonderful, too! You can see goats, sheep, pigs, cows, and chickens (the cows are my sons favorite), and the staff are always friendly and willing to talk with you and answer questions and such. Theres also a lovely area with picnic benches and charcoal grills for spontaneous Saturday barbecuing.

This review is specifically for the disc golf course at Kinder Farms Park. The course is located across the street from the playground. There are several signs missing at the beginning of the course and we were unable to find holes 2 and 5. The tee markers change from yellow poles to green metal stakes and most of the holes didnt have the map showing where the goal is. The tees and path are dirt marked with orange flags. The course is a mixture of grassy fields and foresty trails with a moderate amount of trees obstructing the path to the goal. $6 park entry fee, no fee for military. Overall it is a fun course, but has areas for improvement.

Beautiful park with lots to see. In addition to traditional park mainstays like trees, hiking and biking paths, and a playground, this park also frequently has goats and cows out for display and frisbee golf. There are also sport fields nearby but they are usually filled with teams. Very clean and well kept park. Prices are a little high with $3 per person, which adds up quickly, especially if you are just going for a little (would much prefer it being per car).

You can read books, look at pictures, see cartoons or movies of farm animals but what about seeing them in real life and even touching some of them. This is a great little farm to see goats, pigs, chickens, cows, and so much more. This farm also has a FABULOUS park, picnic tables near by and even the nice grass near the park for a nice picnic after viewing the animals. Plus, if you have military i.d. its FREE!!!! I think its only $6 for non military...

Huge playground area upon entering park from main gate. Most benches also provide shade. Farm animals and bathrooms are located near large playground. Some trails offer natural shade and there are ponds spread out where you can see ducks or geese. Only downside was that not all of the water fountains were working. Recommend bringing your own water.

I love this park. What a treasure for the county. My little kids love the huge playground, and I love walking the ~3.2 mile loop through woods and past playing fields. And we always cap off a visit by going to see the 4H farm animals and maybe what the blacksmiths club is doing if theyre operating.

Was pleasantly surprised by how nice this park was. Plenty of walking trails, playgrounds and a unique shared garden. Handicapped accessible made it fund to take our most senior members on the paved trails through the woods. Bring a veteran with you to get in for free.

Great park. Nice turf fields for my soccer team. Lack of room behind the goals on the turf fields means trying to search for suitable warm up spaces, which are hard to find because there is little flat ground other than the fields themselves and the parking lot.

Totally worth the $6 to park, great playground for children, animals for children to see, paved and unpaved trails for hiking or just an easy walk, picnic tables (covered and uncovered) for lunch so you can make it an all day trip if you want, overall great park

What a great place to take the kids! It has a huge playground for the kids to run around in and lots to explore when things start winding down. Theres also a really good paved trail for running or riding bikes that loops around the park.

Awesome place. Beautiful, mostly shaded bike trails, the demo farm is great, the community garden has me excited for spring planting. Excellent playground. I take my kids here at least once a week. Only downside is 6 dollar parking fee.

This is one of my all time favorite parks. I ride here with my son, walk the back paths with my dog and love the spring when all the baby farm animals are born. We are so lucky to have this treasure right in our back yard.

If youre going for disc golf, beware of the ticks. Since theyve expanded the course to a full 18, Ive been several times. I really enjoy the course. Id play more often but the entrance fee is kind of steep.

My kids love Kinder Farm Park. They run and play in the playground and run through the park identifying all the animals. If your children need to release some energy, bring them to this park!

One of Anne Arundel countys premier parks. Great place to visit for a long walk on the perimeter trail, or to take the kids for the playground, or to see the animals in the working farm.

Even in the cooler winter months, this park is still teeming with activities, from disc golf, to goats grazing a pasture. We took photos here and were very happy with the landscapes.

A great place for kids. Expansive playground and plenty of fields for running. Kinder Farm also features livestock and trained docents to teach kids about the animals and farm.

Working farm with cows, sheep, goats, and pigs. Plus trails, playgrounds, ponds, open fields, and more. Optional yearly pass makes regular visits more affordable.

AWESOME! And a great idea. Its like a little zoo with a playground area. Itd be perfect if they had a little more animals to look at. Otherwise, its great!
