During our July 2013 vacation we took one day to make use of the Water Taxi service. A true bargain at 12 dollars a day, which starts at 10 a.m. and runs all the way till 11 p.m. We started in the inner harbor and went to Fort McHenry (requires a transfer at the Fells Point taxi stop). No problem. After Fort McHenry we returned to Fells Point and began our tour of the area. After a bit of shopping (and buying) we returned to the taxi stand and got on the boat which headed to Canton Waterfront Park and then on to Captain James Landing where we feasted on the crabs. The Crab Shack is 20 feet from the taxi stand (dock) and is very laid back. For us whenever we wanted to move on, it was a short wait until the taxi showed up and took us on our way. It you use the Water Taxi they give you a list of coupons that are worth the effort to use. One word of caution would be to call ahead to insure they are still in business. A few locations we had heard about and were looking to check out had been closed. The water taxi is a definate winner when it comes to price and performance while on vacation within the Inner Harbor area.

The water taxi was great, we got lots of coupons to use at the restaurants in the harbor. The staff and Captain and employees were wonderful, they were like traveling tour guides for the Inner Harbor. The water taxis system does need to be fixed however as you cannot stay on one boat and ride the whole Harbor you have to get off from the green line to the blue line transfer at the red line connect to the yellow line and come back on the black line. It needs to be simplified a little bit more and I have some good suggestions all they need to do is call me.

Stupidest buisness model ever. I onew the water taxi existed and where it picked people up (baltimore harbor). Got out of the orioles game at camden yards and walked allllll the way down to the harbor to pick up the water taxi only to be told that yes they are taking people to fella point BUT only people who pre purchased tickets. What a waste. Not only will you not get my money or my service now but now you will NEVER get my business. Turn me way when i need you most (after a large convention type event). I will never recommend you.

I use to ride it daily when i was in the city, but they started this new "Happy hour" thing, where they were pushing you to go to bars and "Drink with them" It just seems odd that a form of transportation is interested in getting people to do to Happy Hour. It seems like some fraternity or sorority took over marketing. I hope they get back to what they do best and that is move people. Not try to be a social media darling and an excuse for Happy Hour parties.

Baltimore est une ville magnifique et en plus vraiment pas cher pour faire de vacances, le meilleur transport pour connaître tout est le taxi bateau. Pour 15$ tout peut lutiliser tout la journée illimité. Cest une belle expérience.

Standing in the rain for up to 30 minutes waiting for the next water taxi is unacceptable. Major stops like the Inner Harbor & Fells Point need to have pavilions for inclimate weather or they really need to decrease the time between boats because having your family stand in the rain for 25 minutes is outrageous. For the time it takes for a boat to arrive and then take you to a destination, its faster and less uncomfortable to walk or take a cab.

Good way to see the sights. Parking is terrible and expensive in the city. Pay one price travel all day. Great veteran discounts. Open until 11pm on Saturdays. Usually runs 5mins earlier than scheduled. Friendly staff. Nice coupon book given. Good discounts to local restaurants and bars. $6 CHILDRENS $14 ADULTS $12 Seniors $3 Vets with military ID.

Slow, slow, slow. Be prepared to wait- for sometimes over an hour. There are nowhere near enough boats to pick up the number of customers waiting- resulting in droves of crying kids, angry people complaining and captains and crews that can care less how inconvenienced you are. I swear they pretend like their customers are ghosts

Definitely not ready for the busy weekend . Dropping off people on the big boat at Fort Mchenry then picking up with the small boat the numbers dont work to keep people happy. Then a survey is given to the happy boat riders who also got a water bottle ,bribary is alive and well in Americia .

The staff operating the water taxi were very efficient. I think $14 for riding all day is worth it. The water taxi itself is sort of a nice escape onto the water from the crowded streets. I can see it being really useful if you were an early partier since it shuts down 11pm but very useful.

The crew were all helpful and friendly. The boats didnt seem to follow the mapped schedule. Be sure and ask where it is going next. The Float boat style are airy and cool the all black v bottom style are hot and cramped. We did the 14.00 all day pass. Great way to see harbour.

way to pricey. great to get around the different neighborhoods and activities around the harbor but they only sell an all day pass so not good if thou just need to get to one destination on more than one day, if they would give a lower trip rate that would be better

A good experience. Veterans ride all day for $1.00 (It used to be free for Vets). The boat stops at many interesting places, such as Fells Point, the Baltimore Harbor, and Fort McHenry, just to name a few.

Cheap way to get out onto the water and catch a breeze on a hot day. Take the red line from Inner Harbor to Fells Point, grab some ice cream (or a beer) and ride back for a pleasant afternoon.

Not your typical water taxi, in a bad way. No hailing VHF channel or dockside point to point service. Its not really a taxi, but a water shuttle instead between predetermined locations only.

Staff did not know the routes, map was incorrect and not enough boats available on a busy day. We had to wait am hour and a half for pickup at Fort McHenry. Buyer beware.

Dont use for any special events. I have been waiting for the taxi for over an hour and I am writing this review while I continue waiting. Only use if you like to wait.

Very affordable way to get around the harbor! We loved the taxi service and it was a great way to see all that the harbor has to offer for a reasonable price!
