Loved the theatre itself. Wonderful comfy seats! Staff is horrible though. Two women bought tickets at the door and werent told that they had to sit in the floor seats. They were sitting in our reserved reclining seats when we got there. The staff then made me show my tickets and acted like I was in the wrong. The women asked them to explain why they werent told this when they bought tickets at the door. The gentleman working stated that they should have known. This doesnt seem like a professional answer to me. The women then went to sit down in the general admission seats and there werent any left. They had over sold the showing. It was handled badly. The staff never did apologize. They were pretty rude about it and just kept blaming the guest, stating that they should have known.

I came early to buy my tickets and get the seats I wanted. I liked the back left corner, and the lady told me the seats all the way to the left back were a double recliner with a arm rest that could be put up so my wife and I could sit together- on the screen it looked like they were divided, I mentioned this and she dismissed it saying that thats just a glitch in the computer, it just looks that way. Of course we get there and left far left seat(D13) is a separate seat from the D12 seat which is a double with D11(which I cant just move over because its booked). I come to this theater only because I enjoy laying back with my wife together to enjoy a movie- lady please learn your job a bit better so I book accordingly.

Newly opened movie theater. The interiors are nice and new; leather seats, clear screens, nice booming sound system. Although the theater is on the smaller size, not many seats in each screening area, they do have reclining seats available and allow alcoholic beverages at the bar and in the movie seating area (2 drink limit). There is confusion with the recling seats though, since this is a newer concept and there really isnt much help from the employees and the few sign in the theater are hard to notice/read, but the reclining seats are by reservation only (per the ticket you purchase). Other than that, the experience was good.

the theater and comfort/surroundings were great. the reason I must give only 2 stars at this time, which was my first impression of this theater, is that no attendants come around to make sure the environment, at least in a family movie, stays a family environment. just 2 seats over, 2 YOUNG teens were kissing and masturbating /touching over their clothes with each other. it was quite obvious when they split after the movie, and the girl rejoined other girls, that she intended for her mom to believe thats who she spent the movie with. Parents, do yourselves and your children a favor and check out the situations they are in!

Had a wonderful Sunday date night to see a real D movie. First time visit for us both. The entire facility was modern, sleek, and immaculate. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and knowledgeable of food and beverage offerings. We had several beers and the popcorn of course. As well we ordered the four meat pizza which was very good and super cheesy. Our movie played in theater 1, we reserved seats 7 n 8 top row center. Loved the wide isles and recliners. Had a great experience my only hope was they had more "real" food options like the other rival theaters but will definitely go back.

Nice and new. However, dont go here expecting to have your food/drink order taken and served in the theatre, like they do in other nicer theatres. If ordering food, you need to arrive quite early (it was practically empty and pizza still took 15 mins). You order & wait for your food outside the individual theatres, so missing previews/part of your movie is common. That was disappointing as we have experienced the type of theatre where you are waited on and we were expecting that. The reclining chairs were new but also very squeaky when being moved.

I took my kids to see Boss Baby today and it was great. Although much different than the usual theater and can be a little confusing overall it is a really cool environment! The reclining seats are awesome, electric reclining, cup holder and TV tray. The people with their insulting comments are obviously just trolls, trying to bring others down to feel better about themselves behind a computer screen. Its sad to see such hurtful comments toward the staff. Most are just kids and the place is new, give them a break!!

The seats are great, but for a price. The nice seats take up most of the theater which limits the number of seats available. Because there are so few of the nice seats, if they sell out or if you choose not to pay the extra money you are forced to sit in the first three rows straining your neck to watch a film. Save your money and head up to Churchville AMC. Much cheaper.

Lovely facility but the least competent , most poorly trained, absolutely clueless staff I have ever seen. The combined IQ of the entire workforce may not break 100. No adults seem to be in charge. Shame. It is not their fault, it is a failure of management not investing in the human aspect of the experience. People are as important as chairs.

Nice atmosphere. You can order food, beer and wine and possibly liquor, not 100% sure on liquor. Pizza and quick bites are served as well as candies, popcorn and soft drinks. Theater was clean and the reclining seats were like watching at home. Wish they would still let me pause the movie to use the restroom, but hey, what are you gonna do? :)

I love this new theater. Food options are limited but its standard movie food. What more do you need other than popcorn? The reserved seating recliners are the best. Plenty of room. Best of all, its low key. Not a bunch of punk teenagers or loud obnoxious young fools. Very clean. Very friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Nice facility. Horrible service. They should visit Cinemark to learn how to do it right. I had to ask people to leave our reserved seats. One chair was covered in candy and spit, and the staff couldnt be bothered to clean it. Im surprised at the good reviews with similar issues.

Seats are amazing and the building is beautiful but the staff is awful. They sold my stepmothers movie twice so she couldnt get her seats and gave her free movie passes, then got rude with my dad for asking how to redeem it as if he should know. Other than that it was nice.

Went the 2nd weekend of Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2. 90 degrees outside, cool and comfy inside. General seating is close to screen. All seats are comfortable, the better seats recline and are not too close to the screen. Great movie, great place to see it!

Great seats regardless what tickets you buy, clean, friendly employees, great prices, and you can buy alcoholic beverages too. This is my favorite theatre and the first place I want to go to to see a movie. I hope they stay around a very long time.

Excellent theatre, comfy seats and affordable tickets. The ONLY negative comment I have goes to the man sitting next to me that decided he was going to fall asleep at the beginning of the movie and snore so loudly it was hard to watch the movie.
