The deck staff was very welcoming and friendly while we waited for our table. Inside it was okay but nothing spectacular. The artifacts arent that great at this Hard Rock. I thought it would be cool because its inside the old power plant but the inside of the barnes and nobles next door is better. Our waitress wore a scowl all evening and acted like she wanted to be someplace else. We had to get her attention a couple times because she zoned off. We ordered the sampler appetizer and it was okay but no better then Dennys. We also ordered some of their specialty drinks which werent that great either and way overpriced for 8oz of juice. A waiter wandered over and asked if we ordered a milk shake (twice). There was a crowd of staff standing at the bottom of the stairs just talking and blocking the guests. The staff acted like they had no idea what they were doing with empty tables inside and a hostess handing out 1 hour waits outside. We decided against a main course because everything sucked so much up to that point that we just wanted to leave. With two drinks and an appetizer, we paid over $40 not including tip. Probably shouldnt have tipped the waitress but I was afraid she might attack me if I didnt. I recommend ordering drinks on the deck and visiting the gift shop. Dont waste your time inside.

Went to hark rock in Baltimore while visiting my friend from college. I am on a diet and wasnt very hungry so I asked if I could just get a simple grilled cheese. When the food came out my sandwich was not what I expected. The bread was toasted and cold and the cheese was burnt. It was like it was put through a toaster conveyer belt. I ate it because I am my one to send food back or complain. Then the bill came. My friends and I asked for separate bills and my waitress told me that she rung it up as a cheeseburger because they didnt have a grilled cheese price. When she left and I looked at the price it was $16.91. I was like how?! It was like 2 pieces of cheese on some bread. My friends who got burgers and chicken sandwiches only paid around $14. I paid the bill but when I walked out I saw one of the managers and asked her about my check and she said that my waitress asked the general manager what to charge it and that for a grilled cheese this price was correct. Definitely never going back. Edit: after emailing the company they removed the charge from my account. I thought that was very nice of them and because of that I change my review from 1 star to 3 because of the customers service they displayed

Meh. When I was a kid, my family would go to hard rocks all over the country when we would vacation. I havent been to one in years so I was excited it was next to the aquarium where we were spending our day... Maybe I remember a wow as a kid that just isnt there now, I dont know. But the the burgers at Red Robin are MUCH better. My son had a kids hot dog that I expected to be something special because well its hard Rock. Nope, just an ordinary grocery store dog split and boiled. Not even grilled. And the bun fell apart on him on first pickup. My mashed potatoes were bland. And my wifes caesar salad needed more mixing (some bites with little dressing and others with WAY to much). The service was good. The deserts were great and since it was my daughters birthday they announced it to the room and brought her a free sundae. But overall I was expecting more from the food so I think it will be years again before I go back.

At 5pm on a Thursday service was slow. Two tables seated after us were approached by servers first. No drink refills were given during the meal and when we wanted drink refills or dessert or a box our server was MIA for about 15 minutes. I ordered steak fajitas and the steak came out medium rare, edible but underdone for fajitas. The fajita wraps were either stale or dried out and cracked when I tried to roll them to use for their intended purpose. The replacement fajita wraps werent as bad, only half of the wrap was the consistency of a hard taco. Not impressed with the food or service. For some reason, it was decided that while having a live band play that they would continue to play music videos and the music from them around the restaurant. Super disrespectful to the live musicians and quite frankly it was not fun to listen to either. However the décor and cleanliness were great.

I went to the cafe and sat outside. After about 5 minutes the menu was brought and another 5 minutes the waiter, Carlton, came and took our complete order which was 2 drinks, an appetizer and two sandwiches. the drinks came and after 20 minutes and many apologies the sandwiches came, with no appetizer. My wife asked for more sauce and a refill of her drink and Carlton went on and did other thing for the next 5 minutes till I went up and got the drink and sauce from the serving station myself. The food that I received was good and the service was the worst that I have had in my life. I told Carlton about the appetizer missing and he just looked at the cooking station. I went inside to tell the manager about my experience and he offered me the missing appetizer as I was leaving. I would rate the food great and the service a zero.

I love Hard Rock Cafe and Im a loyal rewards member and have visited dozens of HRCs throughout the world. However, last week I was in Baltimore with my son and we had a terrible experience. We waited nearly an hour for a kids dish and some crab cakes. When the food arrived it was missing the side of vegetables. In addition, the crab cakes were terrible and our glasses were empty we waited for soda refills. When I finally spoke up to our server and told him I was disappointed... he only gave a half-hearted apology and offered nothing is else in return. At the very least I should have been offered something in lieu of the side dish that was never brought to me. I RARELY complain, but this was poor service and food all the way around... Im highly disappointed HRC Baltimore and wont be returning!

Awful experience! Our server never cleaned our table after we sat down and it was dirty. The table next to us never was cleaned either we have been here over a hr. It took 15 mins just to get a smoothie that was fully thawed. Another 20 to 30 mins just for our food that u could tell was sitting for a while, only slightly warm. Our server wasnt very pleasent or came to check on us. We have been waiting for a check for another 20 mins. After sitting here for over a hr the experience has been awful. My first experience here was decent and food was great. This time however our food was hardly warm and drink werent even frozen. I asked for a water the server came back with only one. Never gave us plates or napkins this entire time. Next time ill choose another place to eat.
