This place is the worst! It is just a huge rip off. Its basically a higher priced chuck e cheese with less ticket output. We went in to do the laser tag with our 3yo. First of all, it was $15 per person when right down the street there is a place that does it for $7/person, but we paid and went to play. Well my son got scared and wouldnt do it. I went to the high school girl at the counter and explained to her that he was scared so we needed to get our money back. The only reason we had gone there was for the laser tag so if he wasnt going to play we were going to find somewhere else to take him. She was very nice and understanding and said of course, no problem. When she called the manager it was an entirely different situation. The manager wouldnt even come to the front to see what was going on. She told the girl that she wasnt going to give us our money back but that we could have it in credit to play the ridiculously over priced arcade games. Now normally I wouldnt have a problem with that if it is company policy to not give refunds, but I know that isnt their policy. She had no reason to not give us our money back except that she was being rude. So instead of doing something fun and new with our son, we had to spend the afternoon in a dirty (there were old shot glasses and beer glasses sitting on the games) arcade wasting $50. I will NEVER go back and I highly recommend you stay far away. There is a place right up the street that is much more affordable and the staff is so much nicer! Dont waste your money here!!

I attended my friends sons birthday party here yesterday and it was more than a disappointment not just for me but for the children attending the party! The party was supposed to be from 4-6 pm and we didnt get seated until close to 5 pm. When we were finally seated it was not in the reserved room but was forced to sit at the bowling alley the entire time. There was no host/waitress assigned to the party so it was completely unorganized the entire time. When they finally brought the pizza out one hour later, it seemed to be half cooked and there was only one pizza for approximately 25 people. The meat lovers pizza was absolutely repulsive! The bacon was obviously put on the pizza raw with tons of fat. NO ONE touched it. There were no utensils or plates brought out so we had to eat the pizza that was edible on napkins. I could go on and on about how HORRIBLE this place was but Id have to write a book! I couldnt stress more that you should not waste your time going here! TERRIBLE!!

Dont go here. They were pretty pricey. $24/hr before 6pm, plus $3.50 each for shoes. The lanes all lean to the left. You cant fix that??? Its a bowling alley; thats pretty important! They started our time as soon as we paid, not when we started bowling. Never mind that it took us 15 minutes to find a bowling ball under 12 pounds for our kids. Name a cuss word...we heard it. They were blaring through the speakers. You would expect a place whose website appears to be trying to draw families to have a little more class than that. This place looked like it was recently remodeled, then immediately neglected. Everything was...not dirty, more like disheveled. The food looked average, but we didnt try any. The only reason I didnt give this place one star is because I have been to Metro Bowl before and know it could have been worse. At least I didnt feel unsafe.

Never coming back here went there to play pool got the table by giving them my drivers license and $20 deposit then ordered a pizza which it took them a hour to bring empolyees didnt really care that we was waiting so long not surprise being that its a bunch of kids who work there. After we ate the pizza we decided to leave so I go to the front counter to find out that they GAVE MY DRIVERS LICENSE to someone else and was trying to give me someone elses license plus they charged me for that persons table.....employees thought it was hilarious really was laughing about the situation. Im never going back here this a place for kids that has employees who are kids. Wish I could give them half a star they dont deserve a whole star

Went to try out the laser tag. Ended up being an hour and half wait for next game slot so got a game card to try out the arcade. Somewhat limited selection with prices Id expect per play. If going during peak hours I could see having trouble getting on a game you want to play. Whole setup is nice but did not try the restaurant or bowling. I was loved the laser tag arena and was pleasantly surprised by the game mechanics. Most arenas Ive played you have unlimited ammo and went hit you just turn off for a few seconds and come back on. Instead, you have ammo and health bar. If you run out of ammo or die you need to go back to your team base to reload or respawn which I loved. Changes the dynamic of the game.

We went for a birthday party here and I think everyone including myself had a great time. We started off bowling the lanes were nice and the software for the lanes was easy enough my kids could figure out. The party host was a little sparse . Next we went into the party room and then immediately into laser tag. This is where I had the most fun. It really highlights how out of shape you are when you are running around and squating constantly. Then we went into the party room again for cake and refreshments. Lastly, the games were nice and all were pretty new. I like the fact that there are no coins or tickets. This made everything a lot easier.

My experience for a birthday party was horrible. The staff member that greet us was very inappropriate. She stated to her coworker that she was not working a party and they can find someone else to work it. The party host was lazy and not helpful at all. The host had the party package wrong. She stated she couldnt tell what package I had, after I told her what party package was ordered. The party room was filthy, the table cloth was dirty with homes and dried food on them. I will never have a party at this ever again. The staff is horrible and not professional.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday and it was not a good experience. When we first arrived we went to the bar to get something to eat it took us an hour just to get our appetizer and entree. This is not a big area, so do not expect to be able to play on everything that is there. All the bowling lanes were taken and all the arcade machines were taken up as well. They only give you five minutes for laser tag, which is not a very long time. We left right after we ate, because everything was taken up by other people.

Place totally sucks! Arcade games are over priced.. Pool tables are junior size tables.. Too few bowling lanes, being played by kids and people who cant bowl. Alcohol is too expensive. Stingy with liquor in mixed drinks. On top of that I didnt feel safe inside or parking lot. There were cops outside.. I went back outside before I could finish my beer to check to see if my car doors were locked. Even moved my wallet to my front pocket. If you want to go to Dave and Busters go to one instead.. This place is NO replacement.
