The managers were extremely rude to me as a customer and told me that is was wrong. Its a right to a customer to be treated kindly and there was no warmth here. Even some of the high school snack bar people were rude also, they need to be thought a lesson by being fired. I work in retail in a company where customer service is the most important thing is keeping our customers loyal by the best service. But there are some great workers too that need a raise or a better job, the bad apples ruin the good ones in this establishment.

The woman named "Terry" who worked the counter ripped off my entire family by overcharging. My husband bowled two games plus he had a free game coupon. On Friday nights the rate is $3.75 per game. Terry charged my husband $7.00 for one game (the other game should have been covered by the coupon). You could not argue with this woman because she refused to listen. Terrible place with the staff ripping off the customer in addition to the food being excessively high in price. Do not recommend the bowling alley!

Bought a groupon for 2 ppl. Asked to pay full price to add 2 more ppl on and they said they "cant do that"....ummm okay ..... So i cant give MORE money to pay for 2 more ppl to bowl?? I had a 3 yr old and a 6yr old bowling. I asked if i could help my toddler throw some of hers and they said thats "not allowed" either and they stood there babysitting our every move. Wtf?! I can see why they are completely empty here. Just doesnt make sense.

Several years back we rented the entire alley on a Saturday for our wedding reception. The staff was great and worked with us on whatever we needed to have a stress free and fun day. We even had them cater the food which turned out great! All of our attendees had a great time, ate well, and had smiles on their faces.

Bowling alleys are either smokey and run down or extremely upscale- but Cave Springs Lanes finds the best balance. Its been here for years and while its a little smokey, the real wood lanes remain in great condition. Foods good too!

Nice friendly staff. Monday was my favorite day to bowl because of the $20 special. Im sad that I will have to find some where else to go. Maybe you guys can have the $20 special on another day instead.

Went here for my cousins 18th birthday 10PM-1AM bowling night. Was a lot of fun great place to party. It is very crowded the drinks are alright the beer is okay as well.

Your sprint phone will have no service here. But worse there wyfi has not worked in the two years I have been bowling here. Kinda run down, go somewhere else if you can

This place takes great care of their lanes, approaches, and equipment. Their pro shop is well stocked and staffed, and management is top notch.

Great place for friends, but the only thing negative are those gross shoes, the bowling pair, but at least its better than falling.
