Our group of 11 individuals arrived at this facility around 10:10 pm on Thursday February 5th. We knew that the facility would be closing around 11 pm, however, as we checked in the staff assured us that we would be able to get one game in. After the 7th frame, beginning on the 8th, the entire bowling alley shut down. We were not the only ones left, with around 30-40 people still bowling. We had received a bar closing announcement 20 minutes before, however, were unaware of the impending time and the closure of the bowling alley. Nobody had heard an announcement about closing time. Myself, along with a few of my friends and many other customers approached the counter in order to find out why the entire bowling alley had been shut off without warning. It is important to note that no true "manager" was there to take our concerns. According to one employee, Brad (a manager) would be there the next day. When asking why they had shut down without warning, the only reason they gave us was that it was "programmed" and that they couldnt do anything about it. They said that there would be no refunds and that they had no power to turn it back on. With only 3 frames left, the entire bowling alley was under the impression they would let us finish out our games. The employees were very unfriendly and did not seem to value the customers opinions. One employee proceeded to grab free bowling coupons and silently stamped them, like it was an inconvenience to them that we were still there. They seemed clueless about the process of closing the bowling alley and were very unaccommodating to the customers that were there. One customer even mentioned that he has been coming there for a long time and this has never happened before. Unfortunately, this lack of customer friendly service rubbed me the wrong way. I will no longer be coming to Brunswick to bowl, as will all the individuals there last night.

We were ripped off by them over charging us per game. Nothing was explained to us of course on the price of the games. Only 2 ppl we were charged $11.58 for 1 game. Thats freaking ridiculous and the manager knows it is. He refused to charge us accordingly!! We will never come here again. Save your money and frustration.

Went to a kids birthday party here. The staff was fantastic and very patient with all of the kids, even when they took 30 minutes to decide on a silly prize from the tickets they won at the arcade. The bowling alley itself was very clean. Even though it was crowded we received plenty of attention. Well done.

It took a good five minites for someone to come out and help us at the main desk but once they did they were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of lanes open and they were well maintained. There werent a large variety of loner balls available though and it was a little pricey. I would go back.

Was not impressed with this place. Pin setter kept sticking and would not reset. Finally they moved us to another lane. That lanes ball return did not work all the time in that lane and the power shut down in the middle of the frame. Dont plan on returning

I give Carolyn McCain a 5 fore the great service she provides to all of us bowlers. She is the nicest and funniest bartender I have seen in a bowling alley. She makes us all laugh. I wouldnt want a different bartender than her. See you soon Carol....

We had family in from out of town, they put together a little party for us & it was fantastic. Would recommend for a large group, its not just for birthday parties.

Terrible service! They told my party of 3 the wait would be 30 minutes. After about an hour and 20 minutes we go to complain to realize werent even on the list.

This is just too freakin expensive!! I cant believe it cost $50 to take my 2 grandchildren to roll a ball down an alley. Ridiculous!!

Never had any problems here, staff is always friendly. There will be quite a wait for a lane on weekend nights though.
