We just got home and our experience was horrible. The first lane we were at broke, so we hit the service button and waited FOREVER, no one came so finally my husband went to the desk to say something and was told "we already know". Finally it got fixed and we were able to bowl a few rounds, until it broke again. However by that time our food had finally arrived (which took almost an hour), so we decided to eat to kill time while they fixed it. While we were eating, the girl from the desk came over and said "Once youre done eating you can decide if you want to wait for this lane to be fixed or we can move you to the other side of the bowling alley." She also said "let me know what you decide to do". Well, we had specifically asked to be on the side we were on in the first place so we decided to wait a few more minutes to see if they could fix it, since it seemed to be an easy fix the first time it broke. After sitting there for 10 minutes while NO ONE DID ANYTHING, we finally decided to just go tell her we would switch. Everyone I was with was starting to get bummed out with the lane breaking and the bad service from the waiter, so I thought for sure they would do something for us. I went to the desk and asked if we could get a refund for the game (since half of it was spent waiting) and she literally goes "well I asked you to move so I dont know. Ill have a manager come talk to you." ....are you kidding? No, she did not "ask us to move". She let us know, the SECOND TIME IT BROKE, that we could move "if we wanted". Well guess what? The manager never came to talk to us. Are you surprised? Then the lane they moved us to froze 3 times during our second game. Yay. On top of all this, the waiter was horrible, he just walked up to our table and stood there and looked at us when we first got there. The food took almost an hour and he never once refilled our drinks. Then later on my friend asked a different waitress for a desert and the waitress said "thats gonna take a half an hour." Really? A cookie and a scoop of ice cream will take half an hour? Screw this place. We all decided we will never be back! Over-priced and horrible service.

I was trying to plan a party for my wife. She was turning 30 and I wanted to something fun for her. I thought that this would be the place to do it. I looked online and saw that they did events like these so I email them. I never got anything back. Then I emailed again and still nothing. Well I thought that this could just be a little mess up so I called to speak to the event manager, Robin. In talking to her I found that she had no idea about what she was doing. She could not tell me if the date I wanted was open. She just kept talking and saying the same things over and over again. Anytime I would ask her a question she would dance around it and never tell me what I needed to know. When I finally did get the pricing and the info I thought I needed I asked if I could come see the place. Robin agreed but when I came to see everything, at the time we had talked about, I was told she was not there and there was no one to show or talk to me about my event. By this point I was fed up with all of it and didnt want to deal with her or this company anymore. I just wanted to forget about it all. I told her over the phone and via email that I was not happy with the event work that was done and I no longer wished to work with them. Then the event woman would not leave me alone. She called and left messages and sent emails over and over talking about all the things that they had to offer and why I should till work with them. She even called and talked to my wife, who was not to know about any of this, and told her about everything I had been trying to plan. I will never go there again and I have told everyone I know that if they want to have a company event, kids birthday, or a family party NOT TO GO TO BRUNSWICK ZONE.

We went on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot was not very full, so we had high hopes. First there was a private bowling party, so we couldnt bowl. The kids decided to play in the arcade instead. You have to purchase a play card (and I do mean purchase --$1 per card) to play. Only a very small handful of games were $.50, most were $1-$1.50 . Even the single shot games were $1. Having 3 kids, we definitely had sticker shock. We bought 3 of the cards, and put $10 on each. Given the price of games, they were out in no time. We counted at least 10 broken machines, which seems a bit ridiculous. The "rewards" room was well stocked, but seeing the amount of points needed for each item examined that. For example:. Single pieces of candy were 10 points. Cheap, Dollar Tree quality toys were 500-1000.... Need less to say, we used all the points up since we will not be returning. On the up side, the staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the kids enjoyed Laser Tag. ($9 for 10 min, and we were allowed to go in and watch them play). We were there for less than an hour, spent close to $70 and left with Dollar Tree junk. We will be looking for an alternative, even if it is a longer drive, because this place is not worth the money.

Every single employee was rude except for one and unfortunately he was the last employee we encountered. When I tried to let the manager know some of my groups concerns he verbatim said "Im sorry that our system made you feel that way but if you feel that way you just feel that way". This was after a 20 min wait turned into an hour wait with no real explanation as to why we were waiting since there was 7 lanes available while we were waiting. In attempt to enjoy our wait time we went to the bar to order drinks where we werent even acknowledged at all and the bartender had no clue what she was doing as she was making the drinks from a drink card for every single order on a Friday night. We ordered food that was rudely thrown on our table. One of us ordered a salad that cost $10 and did not like it they demanded she show her receipt even though they had just brought the salad out to her not even 5 mins ago. She ordered chicken tenders instead and those took almost 20 mins to come out. Employees in the kitchen were visibly just standing around goofing off in plain sight for all customers to see. Over all it was a complete waste of $30 and I would never go here ever again.

I go here as often as I can seems like they are under New Management now. A few Years ago it was hard to get Service and the Waitress was never to be found until I went hunting for one and then they always acted like I was keeping them from doing something far more important than taking care of a Costumer . Things have changed for the Better now. Great Service and some of the Employees are starting to recognize me. I only Bowl on Thursday Nights because its cheaper to play that Night and I still have fun and get a good workout. Im 50 years old and was Born without any Depth perception. I love to Bowl and even though I still struggle in my games they have always made me feel like a Pro. with their Service. I hope they keep up the AWESOME Work.
