I visited this restaurant on Saturday during My companys biggest convention in Indianapolis. The management was not the friendliest in handling my teammates concerns. For example, a teammate had asked the manager if he had any napkins, and the manager gave him the rudest "No!" When it came to seating, the host said that we would have a 50 minute wait. After half an hour, I asked for an update on our wait time, the waitress again replied with 50 minutes. I soon found out that she did not put our name on the waiting list initially. Our team had to go to the bar to place our order and seat ourselves. When I ordered my food, they had given it out to the wrong person, and I had to inquire about it after 30 minutes, just to wait for it to be made again. When I finally got the food, they forgot pieces of my order. The restaurant was completely unprepared and understaffed. However, Mike, their backbar, was the best person there. Mike made sure that I was taken care of, and despite the work that he had To do outside of his job title, he kept a smile on his face, was pleasant in his demeanor, and kept going the extra mile. 5 stars for, Mike!

The chips and dip was very good but my shitake burger wasnt hot but rather room temperature. We were out for a friends birthday and 3 of us ordered a Patron margarita without asking the price. It was not on the menu. When the waitress brought our bill we had been charged $17 for one margarita! We asked about it and the waitress said she doesnt make the prices and had no idea it was that price but she also told us that arugula on our shitake burgers was cheese. We had a party of 8 and she was a good waitress other than the arugula/cheese mistake and the excuse for the drink price. Make sure and ask if you are ordering off the menu!! Probably will not go back as the music was so loud, not an environment for conversations to happen.

Ive been to a few Punch Bowls they are usually my go to for a fun night out after business meetings all day when traveling. Tried this one in Indy last week and was very disappointed. It is brand new, yet filthy. Servers dont know the menu, bartenders are slow and still reading recipe cards for the drinks. The staff who does the reservations for the games just let their friends go and play instead of the paying customers. Management is aloof. I saw about 5 there that night and they were too busy texting on their phones and flirting with staff and patrons to care about the actual business. I wont be back, which is sad. As the one in Denver is my go to place when Im in town at least once a month.

Accidentally encountered this place the other night during their soft opening. We were a little confused when the hostess offered us a tour, but after seeing the entire place we understood why a tour was needed! There is bowling, table tennis, darts, and so much more there than just a place for dinner! They start you with biscuits and some AMAZING jam! I ordered the blue plate of the night which was cauliflower nachos with carnitas which was by far some of the BEST food I have had in awhile. We got the Kings cup punch bowl which was very delicious! All in all, a great overall experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If I lived here, I would be back!

The place is set up like an edgy restaurant for 20-somethings in search of food hip enough (read: locally sourced, farm-raised, etc.) and drinks cheap enough. Youll find more of the latter, less of the former. Its a bar. A novel conception of a bar (theres a bowling alley and they serve punch (not Jonestown)), but just a bar. Perhaps if they billed themselves as such and maybe redid the furniture to encourage this perception, things would be better. Youll get about six dinner options, theyre pretty good. Just a ton of booze.

Took my work team here for lunch and bowling. The food was good but the bowling was a mess. First they would only give us one bowling lane for 7 people even though no one else was bowling. Now I noticed that my credit card charge for the bowling doesnt match my receipt. Looks like the guy gave himself a $56 tip that I didnt agree to which is going to make filing my expense report fun. Called multiple times and left messages but still dont have this resolved. Not impressed...

This place is sure to be a hit. They were PACKED while we were there on a Saturday night from 8-11:30pm. We waited two hrs for a bowling lane, but there are plenty of other things to occupy you in the interim. Even with the crowd, their bar tenders are ON IT. You do not have to wait long once you belly up. We played Pictionary and enjoyed cocktails made with fresh mixes while the dj spun everything from Bon Jovi to Miley Cyrus to Steppenwolf to No Doubt.

So, the first time I dined here it was with a large group, and the service was pretty subpar. However the next time I came in management made sure we had an absolutely amazing experience and our server, Howard, was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was also delicious. As PBS is somewhat new I can definitely say theyve taken the feedback seriously and have made huge strides in improving the service and overall experience. Highly recommend!

Nice atmosphere when I went during the soft opening. Food was a bit better then I expected but the selection was narrow in scope. Punch was just ok, $3 PBR/Hamms/rolling rock will get me coming back. Apparently will have a Sunday brunch with bloody Mary bar...which I deff need to check out. Bowling was fun, ordering drinks while walking around seemed to not work all that well but hey it was a soft opening.

So the layout is really cool. I really am impressed by all the space and all the games. Unfortunately, the service is bad at best. The staff/bar tenders treated my group poorly both times I attended. The staff did not have much respect for our paying group of customers and the manager did not offer to make it right. Im sure that if others have the same experience we had this place wont last long.

The food is GREAT. So great, that only immortals can make this kind of food on their own. I had chicken and waffles and their Bloody Mary bar for Sunday brunch. It was my favorite place where I ate in Indianapolis that weekend. Even though they didnt have their entire menu on Sunday (Colts home game days), it was still a great brunch selection and I cant wait to try their full menu sometime.

Literally the worst experience of my life. Bar was dead and I stood there waiting for over 5 minutes before being approached. Finally the bar back told me he couldnt help me.. no offer of getting the bartender. I proceeded to ask for the manager, Alex, awful. Not helpful. Him and the staff are the sole reason I will not be returning. Best part of the night was the bouncer, hes the real MVP.

I plan multiple corporate events every year. I have never been so disappointed with a venue. We have left countless messages and even spoke with management (Lori) who made promises to either call back or send information but there has been ZERO follow through. This is the last place I will suggest to others for corporate events...Im beyond frustrated with their lack of professionalism.
