Just like everything nice in this town, its over run with bullies, thugs, rude folks, and people who dont know how to act in public, much less pull up their pants. Just got back from a 3 hour visit. Staff seemed nice and friendly. Got on the list for a lane, ordered dinnner, and just as we finished eating, our lane was available. Had a pretty good time bowling, but the thugs started showing up at the beginning of our second game. Rather than finding their own balls, they kept taking ours. The folks on the other side just didnt follow any sort of rules of ettiquete (sp?) of bowling. After our game, the two sons (9 and 7) wanted to play in the arcade. We should have played in there first. The arcade was over run by unsupervised, self centered brats. My older son was bullied out of two games he had paid for. The younger son kept having people break line to get to a game he was waiting on. I had to correct SEVERAL unsupervised children, and even so, it kept happening. BTW: most of the adults that were in their behaved as badly as the children. There was only one staff member working the arcade, and he was way overworked. I was frustrated for the guy. My opinion: great place until the sun goes down and the thuggery begins. If you want a family friendly time, go during the afternoon. I now know the reasons why cops start patrolling there as soon as it gets dark. The place is two or three months old, and I wonder how well its going to hold up with the nighttime clientele.

We have a party of 5, order 2 games to bowling, 2 pizza and 5 drinks. Had a family emergency so we had to leave after the first game. We go to return the shoes and get a refund for the second game that we didnt bowl, and the shift leader tells us that we have to have the receipt in order for us to receive a refund. After 1 1/2 hr of bowling and eating pizza, the recipe of course is in the trash.. needless to say, we was going through the trash to find the receipt for a refund. COMPLETELY humiliating. When asked is there any other way for receive a refund the front counter leader acted like she didnt care. No receipt, no refund. Bottom line is, we spend over $100 in this facility to be in the garage looking for a receipt. I guess that how customers are treated here.

No one on any counter when we arrived. We waited for about 3 minutes for someone to appear out of the kitchen and we were waited on about 2 minutes later. Prices vary drastically based on day of week and time of day so be aware. $46 later the 3 of us were eager to get our 2 games in. I only found one ball that was drilled for a grown mans spread between the fingers and thumb holes. I think it was returned by an adult leaving of one of the 6 lanes in use because I had checked all the balls and was half way done double checking when I found it. The old Brunswick used to have a good number of both 15 & 16 pounders that were sized for an adult male. Sure, they had had gashes in them but they were sized larger and enough to be found during moderately busy periods.

Agree with others re: the customer service. I guess they stopped taking credit cards, and then the ATM was out of service. Both girls working in there just looked at us blankly with "I dont care" faces when we were figuring out this problem (no c cards, no atm) -- they definitely did not offer up this info-- just sort of stared blankly as we asked questions about how we could give them money for the arcade, etc. We have bowled there before with the kids on a non-busy weekday-- and I would have called it "ok." The food was slow. Customer service pretty slow, but they were decently nice then. . . not sure what was going on there yesterday. Probably wont ever go back.

The have horrible customer service! I took my kids there and they charged me for 5 people instead of 4 so we had to get a refund. Then they delivered our food to thw wrong table and then tried to give it to me after it had sat there for 20min or so. Then they were suppost to fix us a new order and instead of getting it right away I waited about 30 min on it and when I finally asked about it they had not even started on it yet. I talked to the manager and he was very unhelpful. I will not ever go back there again. Bama lanes may not be as nice but they have a much better attitude towards their customers!

Cleanest multi-game complex Ive ever experienced. Even the restroom was spotless, fresh, deodorized, clean, supplies fully stocked, spacious and impressive! Billiards was our main reason for stopping in. Their equipment was either fairly new, or well maintained to seem new. Best lighting provided: not too bright but clear for playing. Ample room to play with no interfering with other tables--this was outstanding (Many places provide play areas that are too cramped). We enjoyed using several other games there, after shooting pool. Reasonable prices, helpful staff, GREAT PLACE.

Pretty fun. The taxes are kinda high. The game room is super fun. I hate that they charge u an extra dollar along with the money you added to your game card. So instead of you thinking that you are gonna get a 5 dollar card, you will get a four dollar card. It charges and extra dollar. I dont like that. The bathrooms are clean. Cold air, air so cold it will give you the flu. pool room should have a non smoking and smoking section separate. Im sorry but i dont smoke and I dont like being in the same room with people that do. Overral its pretty its ok if u can get pass the taxes.

The facility is nice, but the customer service is nonexistent. There is a manager there named Mike who is a nazi! Do not patron this establishment unless you want undue problems! I know they will close soon unless ownership gets new management!

I just left the bowling alley and it was horrible, they let people terrorize others, the bowling alley prices are high, and the food is horrible, there will be no bowling alley there soon enough, it will close, it is really bad

Stoped here to check it out place was nice clean but the staff was rude manger did not seem to care about my problem told me he was bussy and to wait i waited 15min for him to try and help me wont go back there agian

Me and my family from out of town came to try out Ace during Thanksgiving holiday and was surprised at the level of detail they put into their place. Nice bathrooms and the people that work their were friendly.

False advertising their menu, kept messing up my order and then I pay for two games and they only let one get played and ask to see my receipt in order to start the next game so I will not be going back
