I purchased a summer pass for my daughter back in June for $40. It was to include unlimited skating, playground, etc for the duration of the summer and expire Labor day weekend. After purchasing the pass, I still had to pay for our admission/skate rental the same day despite having bought the pass. Nevertheless, we continued and had a decent time. The camp that Starlite provides made for a very cramped and disorganized facility while we were there. The staff spent more time on their personal phones and in the camp room talking than they did interacting with the kids they were supposed to be supervising. Upon returning to Starlite after a family vacation, I realized that I had misplaced my pass/receipt. After several minutes of searching I offered to show the owner my bank statement as proof that I purchased the pass...she refused to allow us admission, saying there is no record of the pass and that they dont have a record of it. I offered her my bank statement! This is very poor business practice; not keeping records and having extremely poor customer service. My little girl had to miss out on an afternoon of fun that we had PAID for because a business doesnt keep records? Who has never lost a receipt?!! Sadly for Starlite, we have many birthday parties coming up and had we had planned to have Starlite host them. After todays fiasco, we most likely will not be back. Such a shame that management/owners will not work with patrons and keep customers coming back. They would rather lose business than take a bona fide proof of payment that any retailer would accept.

For our first experience tonight was not the night to go. The place was under staff for The event and spent most time not skating and doing things in shoes and socks. The manager was friendly to refund the unlimited & laser tag because they didnt have enough staff to have games going during the event, and try to make it up when there was even more confusion. But my daughters been waiting awhile to go and was excited. Just very unorganized tonight. Left disappointed. May give it another try but not unlimited was a waste will just take them skating. Hopefully a better experience next time!!.. Normally I will give a place another chance especially being new... Also had some punk kid I had to stop from attacking the sponge bob character he was throwing a shoe at him. Because there was no staff around helping the characters. Honestly they should have age limits on how old children are that can be dropped off alone places cause when I asked where his mother was he said he was dropped off. The kid was only 13. And IF they are going to allow kids to be dropped off then have the staff to watch out for them BECAUSE they become responsible. And if there NOT responsible to the kids dropped off they are to the young ones they hire it was a young guy in that suit!

A great place to skate but not a good camp. The kids were not in groups by ages, it was a lot of confusion and chaos around my child touching or playing with some putty that belongs to another little girl . My child was being called names by children that were from ages 9 and up. How did this situation get so out of hand if the children were being supervise the whole time ? My child was shaking and scared. " I had to tell her its OK calm down ". I reached out to the manager the next morning as a concerned parent to explain how I felt and told her that I was not comfortable with bringing my child back. She was very nasty and not professional and tried to downplay the whole situation when she came out at the last minute when everything was over. Then proceeded to explain to me how one of the little boys is a troublemaker. I could care less I just like my child to be in a supervise atmosphere.

I would not recommend this camp. My boys have been complaining since day one they were scared of "the boss". Today we were called to pick them up early because they were both crying. One of my boys was told "are you going to whine or play" by an "employee". Im just outraged we paid so much money for our children to be treated so poorly. Added: Maybe you should have a more organized camp. Maybe you should hire more employees to properly supervise these children. Maybe you shouldnt threaten that if a child misbehaves they will sit on their hands in your office. Youre employee was rude to my child. It was unacceptable behavior. Hes a child. You obviously do not have the ability to deal with children and I will ensure every single place I can leave a review I do. The LEAST you could have done was offer a partial refund. I will ensure everyone knows how you operate!

First time I went I had a horrible experience. The staff was young and very rude. But the owner made up for that. He was amazing and gave us free passes for my daughter and my friend. Went back a second time and had a better experience. Pizza is kinda gross but the drinks ate always cold. Even without ice. Very limited seating. Arcade is kinda expensive but fun. Great prices on skates and in the gift shop area. The owner is one of the biggest reasons I come back. He has the best customer service there!

Went here for school PTA fundraiser. This place was so unorganized. Unsupervised teenagers gone wild. Very limited sitting n teens put shoes on tables while they play/skate n for the parents who stay n supervise their kids have to stand. The food was over priced n nasty. I ordered the wing comb n they fry everything n the same oil so my wings n fries taste like funnel cake "sweet". We to get refund but was denied.. Never will I return.

When I went there it was so much fun that if I could I would stay there all day and all night until it closer and be tired out then go home rest and go the next day to have some more fun it was a great place I had a great time there even if we could have stay there skittle longer but we couldnt but still cant wait to go again soon it was fun I was so happy When we went we got to take pictures with poppy from trolls

Second bad experience here. I took my son for his birthday Saturday with family, a really small group. And I had to serve the cake outside from my car because I couldnt bring a CAKE in because I didnt boom a party. That was extremely selfish. Like I said this was my second bad experience here plus it smells, and the skates a worn and raggedy.. I will continue to go outside my neighborhood to skate.

This place was awesome. Booked a VIP glow party for my daughters birthday. The hostess, courtney, (i believe) was kind and made every effort to make this a great party for my daughter. the prices were fair considering the fun and enjoyable time we all had. Would recommend for anyone to book a party here for their child! Thanks starlite!
