First few times we went we had a good experience but it was usually never more that 5 or 6 people there. We went again and there was about 15 people there and 3 employees. After telling them we wonted to ride go karts they said they would send someone out. 30 minutes later we where still waiting outside in the heat for someone to show up. Morale of the story if it is slow then the service is great and you will have fun. However if there is more than 10 people there expect to wait hours to have fun or go somewhere else.

Worse place ever to hold a birthday party to much to complain about from price of party online one price and call and confirm what all u get with that and comfirm that price and when arrive to pay its 100 dollars more u cant do anything there untill u pay then find out that over half of the video games or broke or dont work properly staff was rude to my boy who is autistic had two other kids bithdays reserved just told them to cancel them and that we didnt appreciate the way we were treated and that we wouldnt be back

My family and I just had a great time here. The pizza was good, games fun, miniature golf great, and the go-carts and laser tag were a blast!! We also had excellent service by all the staff, including the manager, Chance, who took great care of us!!! Well be sure to come back on our next vacation here!! Thanks for the awesome memories!!!

Kids had a great time on the Go cart & Laser tag. The Staff was awesome, very helpful & great with the kids. The only thing I would say, why I didnt give them a 5 star rating is because of the prices. Just make sure you bring a few bucks when you go there. But other than that, it was great time had by all.

Just had my little boys 6th birthday party here. What I got for the money was insane! All the kids got to build a bear lazer tag game cards dipping dots, I cant even remember all they did! The staff was so sweet and helpful, the owner was WONDERFUL! I am super impressed with the whole experience.

This is the worst place ever my friend and I went there to have fun and we both played the same game and my tickets never went up and it never gave me any tickets but it gave her tickets! Never come here!! I would rate 0 if I could!!

We had a blast. Took my Down Syndrome Son and the staff was all very Friendly and helpful. There was one Young Man his Name was Lane there should be more Lanes at places like this. He was such a gentleman and Very Helpful.

This place was pretty cool, but the employees were awesome!! They totally made the evening great! We were in from out of town and went on the last evening of our vacation. I wish we lived closer and could come back!!

Ive been to this place many of times and it is nice. The only down fall is the upkeep on the arcade machines. A lot of them will take your money but they dont play. The staff is great and very kind.

This place is even fun for adults... well young adults that still have energy. Lazer Tag is great exercise. Also, that game with the blue lights for smacking... thats the bomb.

We had a good time playing mini golf and lazor tag but we drove from Knoxville to ride Go-Karts but it was closed for the season. Website doesnt say go-karts are closed.
