I took my grandkids for "grandbaby night" and we had a good time. Our evening started out rough though. We ate dinner and the food was really good but the service was AWFUL. Once we received our food and our bill, shortly after, the service stopped. No refills on our drinks, no check backs for anything we might need and we waited more than 20 minutes to try and pay the bill. The person clearing the table next to us over heard me talking to the kids about just leaving cash which would have paid our bill but would have left $1.17 tip. I was a server once and would hate to do this but we had waited too long and the kids were ready to go and have fun. She went and told a man and he came out, our server was a woman, and took my card to pay the bill but after ringing us out he didnt leave a pen to sign the receipt with. I didnt have a pen with me & after a few minutes I finally got up and went up to the bar and asked for a pen. I left more than a $1.17 for a tip but not much more. Worst service Ive ever received. The kids really enjoyed the go carts although the carts are controlled by an attendant and they slowed my granddaughters cart down because she was way in the lead and I suppose they wanted to give others a chance. She was disappointed that the attendant did this. This place is very similar to Dave & Busters. I spent over $130 on 3 of us for dinner & fun. I think thats a little much but the kids had a good time.

I called to schedule a party and the girl I spoke to failed to mention that we wouldnt have a party room for my event when I booked it over the phone, so when we all got to there to start our party, they said we didnt have a room and it was just really confusing. The girl in the office was very nice and helpful and we ended up with a room, but we only got the room for an hour and fifteen minutes? Im sorry, but if people are paying over $500 to have an event at your facility, I believe you should let them have that room for their entire stay. It would have been nice to not have to buy additional drinks because the room had already been cleared out and to have a place for my group to hang out when we had time to kill. My group had fun, but it was pretty confusing and hard to keep track of everyone when you cant tell them to meet somewhere specific. I also dont understand why we couldnt bring in our own drinks? Again, were paying $500 for an event and we only get 3 pitchers of drinks for 20+ people. There are refills, on the drinks, which was nice, but we should have been able to bring in our own drinks if we can bring in food. The event planning could definitely be improved.

Games take your money. Some of the attractions dont even have a staff member there to help with the game. My girlfriend and I tried the lazer maze which was $4.00 and we tried reading the directions posted but were extremely confused. We were forced to step in because the game kept yelling at us to start the event and we failed immediately. It was $4.00 down the drain in the snap of a finger. If only there was a staff member there to help explain the game so that we dont blow our money and feel confused. Also, there were way too many staff members working there. They all seemed high school age and huddled up together like they were too shy to say anything to anyone. I asked a question to a staff member about the cost of the mini bowling, and then I had to end up waiting 5 minutes for him to go get a manager to answer such a simple question. Overall, just a scam to take peoples money. If the staff were more knowledgable and the games were cheaper, I would love this place, but I am not planning of visiting again unless things change.

I took my girls on a cold day for some fun. We had never been before, so I had no expectations. I put $50 on the card that gave us access to everything, but we went through that very fast. This place is not cheap and before you know it your money will be gone. The other thing is that when we were the fire alarm went of TWICE and both times we had to leave the building in the middle of what we were doing until the fire department could come and give the okay that everything was safe. There was no attendant by the laser maze, so we had to figure out on our own how it worked. The girl by the miniature golf looked less than happy to be there. So besides it being expensive, its also very loud and it took FOREVER for my girls to exchange their tickets for prizes. Even though my girls and I had an "okay" time, I dont think we will be back.

Im being lazy and copying my review of the Dayton location, but the same holds true of the Cincinnati location. Scene 75 is an entertainment center like no other. Ive been several times, and each time Ive gone theyve added something new. There is truly something to do for everyone! Video games, arcade games, laser tag, go karts just to name a few. They have all kinds of different food and drink. Everyone in your party will be able to find something to enjoy. I really cant say enough good things about this place. If youre traveling through, be sure to stop here. If you are local, there is no excuse why you havent gone already. If youre looking for a one stop shop of fun, dont even bother with Dave and whats his name. Scene 75 has them beat!

I loveeee this place! The place is clean, the staff is friendly, there are plenty of games to keep you and whoever you bring with you entertained! Wether you are looking to play arcade games, take on your rivals in a lazer tag arena, take a few laps around the go-cart track, play a few rounds of mini golf, bowling, a bar and eatery I mean this place is honestily the best and I am always excited to come back! The food is good and not overpriced or anything I have yet to try out the bar yet, my only issue is I burn through money quick cause honestily I just have too much fun to pay attention. Irreguardless though this place is soooo much fun and deffinatily should be on your list for things to go out and do!

i love taking my kids here. this is definitely more "family" friendly than dave & busters and main event. more options for kids of all ages. management is friendly and easy to work with. i had my sons birthday party there a year ago, and a number of families decided to follow suit. my boy is 10 and my girl is 5, and they always have something to do. my son has driven go karts twice on his own. my daughter and son love the mini bowling lanes & laser tag. my kids ministry group of 30 enjoyed the mini bowling. we have also been there for a number of corporate events and got to try most of attractions. i now have a VIP card that gives me discounts on Wednesdays.
